This shop/business is for real. Excellent people who do great service. They also sell very good products. Daniel and the staff have somewhat transformed my Toyota in the last few months. I added a sliding tonneau cover for the bed, then a new set of Open Country tire that I really like a lot.I have decided to start getting my oil changes and tire rotations here as well. I recently started doing business with this shop and am very happy so far.

BUYER BEWARE! Times are tough and shops are hard to come by and this one the only one we could get our jeep into...WAIT FOR A DIFFERENT SHOP TO GET YOU IN! My husband's first phone conversation was with a very informative, attentive and customer service driven person who said he was in Arizona and we chose to give our service to this shop based on that conversation and that gentleman...it all went down hill after that. Took in our brand new jeep...less then 200 miles. Lift/Wheels/Tires: $7378Didn't order all parts needed to do the job so had to return and still not have job complete. Have a tire sensor light stuck on now since it's been in there and they don't know how to fix it and won't return phone calls regarding it. When originally picked both office personnel acted shocked we asked for our brand new take off wheels and tires. We presumed all our other brand new take off parts where in the vehicle and in a hurry didn't think about it till we got home an hour away and realized we had nothing. Called next day asking for our parts, after HOURS of wait for a return call my husband was told "I have my hands on your parts"...we have a box of rusted, old, dirty parts and lug nuts that are not off our jeep, not new and look like they were scraps found in the trash.

Did a great job on my truck! Still have that factory ride and it looks great. Thank You Direct Offroad.

These guys do really nice work. I was having a problem with my air suspension on my Ford expedition which the dealer told me would cost over $5000 to fix. If I had known that was a potential problem, I never would've purchased the vehicle in the first place. I wanted a fix that wouldn't have to be redone, so direct Offroad was able to switch my air suspension out for springs and put a 2" lift on it. It looks better, rides better and cost a fraction of what the dealer was going to charge. Thanks!

We've used Direct Offroad for years now. Lots of time and money has gone into my 2014 Jeep rubicon. Pat has guided me on what is best for my rig for the type of wheeling and daily driving I do. I would recommend using them anytime somebody is looking to get their rig trail ready or whatever their needs are. I've spent thousands and thousands of money with Pat and DO and Pat has ALWAYS backed his work. IE: Last year I had new gears put in my Jeep by direct Offroad. Recently my rear pinion bearing became loose and started making a clicking sound. Luckily we caught it early. I took it to DO and Pat warrantied all his work he did the year previous. Thank you! I will continue to be a customer and continue to recommend. PS: Remember people, sometimes you have to wait and be patient to get the quality and trusted work for your vehicle.

These guys are awesome. One of the biggest headache I have had with my jeep getting "death wobble" and they fixed it and made my jeep drive even better. So if you have death wobble in your jeep or dodge they can fix it. I also had them lift my WJ and add low pro offroad lights. Good prices with the best of the best working there. I won't take my jeep anywhere else with the care they give.A+++ services

Factory motorhome shocks were soft and ride quality was soft. tendency to sway at highway speeds when semi's pass. Pat at Offroad Direct suggested "HD Shocks". The piston size of the HD's was like twice the diameter of the factory shock. No more sway coach handles like a sports car.Thank you I avoided trying a lot of other "fixes" that owners attempt that have this handling problem (new tires/inflation/anti sway bars/steering stabilizer)!Tom S

I had a leveling kit installed in September 2021 right after purchasing my 2021 Ford F-150 FX4 quad cab. It was an inexpensive kit installed by a tire and wheel business in East Bakersfield, and when I arrived home I realized the kit they installed did not properly level the truck by a full 1". Some time later, I went to Direct Off Road on Rosedale highway to get the truck leveled correctly and they did a superior job. The truck is now level and it actually looks level and drives much better. I should have had Direct Off Road do the job in the first place, but went the cheap route. I have learned my lesson and all of my future business will be with Direct Off Road!!
