Dewar's Express at The Ranch

This was one of the best experiences I've had at any Dewars location! I was served by these two amazing young women! Brooke and Yadira were so attentive and sweet! I will absolutely be coming back with the entire family!

It was a delight to find an ice cream parlor in the middle of a high traffic area, especially in a hot summer. There were many ice cream flavors to choose from. I personally prefer to sample taste and see the different flavors displayed in front of you. Their ice cream was placed in the back, so I doubt they offer any samples (I didn't ask).For $12, I had a "root beer" (substituted with another "soda") float. I thought that was kinda steep. While the soda was too sweet to my liking but I really enjoyed their pistachio ice cream. There were nuts in every bite.

Love that there's a Dewars close to home . It's smaller compared to the other locations; however clean, convenient, and the staff is friendly. Sampled the bacon maple ice cream ; nice chunks of bacon in it ... great seasonal flavor . Ordered the black and tan sundaes... made to order. Good and tasty. Melted pretty fast with the toppings; but we're a refreshing treat.

Service SUCKS!!! I was just there like 15 mins ago. The cashier guy with a dark or platinum ring on middle left finger had not given me a receipt instead he asked to check my bank account if it went through. OMG!!! Who does that??? When I asked him why he said: "it's our policy!" Then he asked if I gave tip. I was him why so many questions? Why am I being asked if I gave a tip? Omgggggg worst experience ever!!!

I was so excited to go to the grand opening of this location on 11/17/23. Even though the location is smaller than thx others, it was still enjoyable as it's cozy and cute. It had an adorable generations wall for the family and we loved looking at the babies. The staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the ice cream. I had the black and white and love the t fluff that is their signature topping.

Went to their soft opening and enjoyed some delicious cookie dough ice cream! Well designed layout and fantastic sparkly floor inside! They even have a SUPER big drive thru. The service was fast and friendly! Don't forget to check them out!

I went at around 7pm on a Sunday. The drive thru is a little confusing in the dark, they put the sign in front of the drive thru so we almost drove into the large sidewalk ramp instead of the drive thru entrance. Once we got that figured out, we ordered 2 single scoops on cones. We were the third car in line. Each car seemed to take about 2 minutes, we get to the window and sit for 6 minutes until we are acknowledged and asked to pay. The girl was fine, but not overly friendly. Then at that point is when our ice cream began to be made. It took a full 10 minutes sitting at the window for 2 cones....there were at least 7 people working and the front didn't seem to have anyone there. I know call-in orders are a thing but the window should be priority. The ice cream was good as always though, I will wait a bit before going back to this location.

Clean, fast and lovely helpful server however if you want to create a box of taffy you can't and that makes me I would have spent more if I could have gotten a mix of the chews I needed. However it f you just want standard chews and an ice cream creation great place and much closer to those of us west of Allen!

MADE A QUICK U TURN to check out this cute place! So glad we did too! Best ice cream I've ever had in my life! From the creaminess of the ice cream to the in-house made toppings! This place is definitely a must try!! I will be posting more of my social media after my trip! Friendly stuff, clean and delicious treats! Nice tree on our way to Vegas! See you on the way back!
