These guys are really rude. I had a issue regarding a electrical problem and try to explain the "worker " lol but supper rude I could by his tone by his voice demeanor he didn't wanna work!I mean why work if your gonna complain ? Douche ‍

Very friendly people but can be more expensive than the dealership on some things. I've had decent experiences with oil changes here. My boyfriend has also used them without issue and I'm mostly basing the stars in this review on past experience rather than the most recent, not so great one. My alternator went out, so I called them and they squeezed me in despite being really busy. I took it in on a Thursday morning around 11am. Never got a text or anything so the following day, in the afternoon, I called them and they confirmed it was the alternator. They told me they could order a replacement and it would be there by Tuesday and they could have it installed by Wednesday. I got a call Monday evening letting me know they hadn't even ordered the alternator yet. So knowing it would probably be another week before I got my car back, I explored other options. Dennis George said it would be around $729 to get a replacement alternator. I called Toyota and they told me a replacement alternator would be about $370...So I just paid Dennis George $65 for the inspection(Never got pictures or anything just a verbal "Yeah it's the alternator.") and took my car to the dealership instead. After labor, the dealership had me out the door for $530.

These guys are fantastic. My Jeep had a mechanical failure on the way from San Diego to Death Valley and was towed to Dennis George Automotive.Al took care of everything and got it back on the road within a few days. They could very easily have charged exorbitant amounts (as I was stuck), but they didn't - the pricing was fair.They are all very friendly too, which matters - you feel like a valued customer. Definitely recommended!

I started using Dennis George Automotive several years ago. They worked on my BMW 328d starting with oil changes etc. They have always been friendly and professional. They service all of my vehicles now. I have never been dissappointed with anything they have done. Prices are competitive and service better than most anyplace in town, as well as price. All personnel that work there are super and you are greeted warmly when you walk through the door. Thank you for all you do guys!

Fast and friendly service, really cool employees. Their customer service is bar none. Feels like your visiting family or old friends. Everyone seems like they enjoy working there and have fun. Very thorough in what they do and very accommodating. I work in construction at the navy base so my truck needs a lot of care and whenever I've had issues, even if they're very minor, they've always taken very good care of me.

Bonnie was super helpful. She squeezed me in- in spite of being down a mechanic. I was suggested to come in a 8, which I did. Walked to Denny's & got a text. The details of my service were included. It included pictures. Jeff was super helpful & friendly. He did not let me leave without my coat. Overall, I wish I lived here because I would be back. You never know when you are working a temp job. I just want to say a huge "thank you" for a job well done.

When it's 3pm on a Friday, you're in from out-of-town, and you need to head back home later in the weekend, you don't expect much luck when your 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser develops a whine in the engine.However, Jeff at Dennis George Automotive not only came out to diagnose the issue, he sourced the replacement, part and then came in on his day off to ensure that we were able to continue our travel plans without missing a beat.This is a type of excellence in customer service that you dream about and you are so lucky to have here. While your car needs may not be as dire as ours, I believe that you will be just as satisfied with the service and professionalism.

I broke down outside of Death Valley on a holiday weekend and the incredible staff at Dennis George saved the day. They were so helpful and caring and got me back on the road home the same day. They're work is fast and reliable, and their customer service is exceptional.

Be very careful. They tried to take advantage of me with an expensive quote after diagnosis for a job that was unnecessary.
