I can't tell you guys enough how much the Visalia lot hooked me up. Manager (maybe his name is Kevin?) found the perfect car for my family. There was another guy (glasses and tall- Kirt was his name) explained the details of the car perfectly. The finance girl, Jaymzi, secured the perfect loan within our budget. This car was purchased months ago and no issues. Runs perfectly. Jaymzi made it a super easy process. Quick as well. Didn't spend much time there. All were very professional and kind to us. They even let my kids stay inside the office and play. Fed them too! Great family oriented environment. I was skeptical about prior reviews, but going for myself was worth it. It's obvious bad reviews are from people expecting a brand new car when they can only afford a used. You get what you get with a used. If you don't want to chance issues, buy brand new. I recommend 100%.

Oscar Luna here at dealers choice in Farmersville was very helpful when I called in about a truck I saw on carguru , came down test drove the truck needless to say he helped me with the paperwork and the truck left the lot . He explained everything and was very knowledgeable. Would recommend to friends and family

I had such an amazing experience here. We have bought 3 cars and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are very honest and upfront about everything. I have worked with Oscar and Edgar and they are both so friendly and knowledgeable. This is definitely the place to go if you are looking for a good and reasonably priced used car!!

My Husband and I are Subaru lovers and Dealers Choice in Farmersville made our newest car buying a pleasure! We first spoke with a gentleman 'Matt' about the car we desired on their Web Site. It was at the Lindsay Dealership, further than we wished to drive. He delivered it to the Farmersville location immediately. Salesman'' Rupert" went on our test drive. We were interested but cautious! Shopped for another week and realized best car at Dealers Choice! Called to inform of our further interest and Gentleman 'Daniel' met us with vehicle to have our mechanic check it out... an hour away! Purchased vehicle with " Rupert" next day! Very easy- straight forward transaction, employees were what you would wish for in a salespeople. Plus... Got a call with extra keys to the vehicle are in the mail! Could not love our new fifth Subaru more! Drove nearly 1000 miles traveling the past two days, vehicle all as promised! I was an attempted return customer,I had purchased a pickup from them at their farmersville location. Very smooth process. Very friendly.Recently I put an inquiry for a Mazda Miata they had on the lot at the Lindsay location. Put in a credit app. Texted with Edgar Rosales after sending him my most recent earning statement never replied after running my credit. Did not say anything if I was clear, if I needed a co-signer. I was curious on the rate their bank would offer as I already had one from Navy Federal Credit Union and I was ready to purchase.No reply..3rd try.I stopped at the Lindsay location to look at a Volkswagen sports wagon. Mechanical issues -leaking oil pan-alternator windings failingModerate engine blow by-car calling for an oil change-and what really tops the cake is the car is sitting on the lot, dirty, with food crumbs scattered all over.When mentioned to the saleswoman (who stayed texting on her phone) she stated. Oh yea the owner had been driving it for a while.Vehicle is way overpriced Asked what kind of deal they could make being the vehicle has moderate issues.She took my name and number. Stated she would speak with her manager and give me a call later than day. This was 2 days ago with no response.Again.. I am already set and ready to purchase.Very very terrible customer service.If your military 100% steer clear of this place. They don't know what an LES is clearly.

Absolutely the worst experience ever.I had negotiated a price for a truck that I was going to finance with my own credit union. Unfortunately because the car had high mileage, my credit union did not finance for that specific vehicle.I was recommended to apply with their banks. I was approved, but not with the original negotiated price. The finance manager had this "HUGE BANK FEE TO GET ME APPROVED". Never in my life have I heard a bank charge a fee to get someone approved, if that was the case, anybody can get approved with the right price. In fact, banks GIVE incentives if you finance multiple cars with them.I called the finance manager out on it for this FAKE FEE, and he just rudely kicked me out and said "i don't appreciate being called a liar" and didn't even show me the numbers. Absolutely the rudest car dealership I've ever been to in my life.

This dealership has excellent customer service and deals! We searched from San Diego to Sacramento for the best deal on a F-150 truck and these guys gave us an amazing deal that topped everyone else's prices. Edgar was our salesman and went above and beyond to help us get a great deal. Louie the manager helped us with all our financing questions. I would highly recommend this dealership! It was worth the 2 hour drive for us to work with them!
