I stopped by here because i had some bearings off a homemade trailer vintage 1950's. No numbers on the bearings. The staff here took a look at the bearings, and we all guessed at what they were, and sold me 4 of them cheaper than i could get on Amazon. I eventually knocked at the race and it indicated the bearings i was sold were the correct ones. The guy behind was friendly and helpful, from Boron, i'm sorry i don't recall his name, but he provide that small town quality customer service.He didn't have the other bearings in stock. He suggested a bearing place in bakersfield that i would have overlooked, that was amazing. it's the best trailer advice i have ever gotten.

Second time at bat.....and they hit it outta the park!!!Purchased new to us coach 4 months ago.....(2013 Winnebago Sightseer Class A) and it came with a bad valve on the water fill/supply station.We are FT'ers, so service is a perpetual problem.... passing thu Bakersfield, we scheduled with DC's for replacing the valve, some rust removal and repainting on the belly of the coach and some parts and water filters we needed...Steve the service manager had us scheduled in and out on a busy Monday ...we delivered the coach at 10 and at 4 pm all work was completed and we were ready to go. The tech who worked on our coach walked me around the coach and reviewed all the repairs that had been completed.Fast, professional repairs and the total bill was for parts and 1.1 hours of labor.......even checked and topped off our tire pressures for us. I called and spoke to someone about the auto level on my RV that had failed to operate and lost its hydraulic fluid. The person was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what had happened and the process for repairs. I will be bringing my RV in here for service and look forward to meeting the helpful person that I had spoken to on the phone.

I hate leaving bad reviews but here we go. Two weeks ago I called to have my trailer inspected before a camping trip. The guy I talked to in the service department told me he'd have my trailer in and out same day! I was a little shocked that they could turn it around that fast but I thought maybe they were just really good and fast. Made an appointment and dropped off my trailer. After a quick walk around, the same guy told me it would take a week to turn around. Lie. I was irritated but I didn't need my trailer right away so I let it slide. I called a few days later to inquire about changing out my outdoor speakers and was told I'd get a call back in 30 minuets. Three hours later and no call back. This happened about 5 or 6 times. For different things. This guy was either on break or at lunch or busy and they'd take my name and number and nothing. No call back. Ever. I always had to call back. Oh and when I finally got the guy on the phone, the speaker size he told me was wrong. Customer service was just horrible. Finally I called today and spoke with the owner and informed him. He seemed very receptive to my criticism of his employee but nothing happened. No apology from this person. No "how can we make this right" and keep my business. I've already called a different shop in town and they're expecting my trailer Wednesday morning to finish my repairs. Update: the owner Don messaged me here and asked me to call him. I did and like his employee, never called me back. Lowering the rating to 1 Star. Horrible customer service. I can't review their work cause I took my trailer across town to a great repair shop where my trailer is now, getting looked over because I absolutely do not trust DC. I hope they enjoy my $180 for the Safety Inspection.Update #2: Mr. Don Collins called me today after seeing my update earlier. He wanted to meet "face to face". Is that code for wanting to fight me? Unbelievable. I hung up on him. Twice. Save your time and money, go see Frank or Gilbert at Royal Coach.Update #3: Don is still messaging me through Yelp messenger! I've asked him three times to leave me alone and he just doesn't get it. Wow!

Fixed my RV water system, repaired some weather stripping and a gutter . they where responsive did the repairs in a reasonable amount of time ( march ) and communicated through the whole process and the rate fir the repairs where very reasonable!!!
