Dabber Box

Thought it was cool but it stopped working within two months of owning it. Sent it back to Dabberbox, heard nothing for months then when I called they said they weren't honoring my warranty because they're missing a part. So they stopped talking my calls, emails went unanswered, and Chris the sales manager wasn't empathetic in the slightest. He admitted to not honoring the warranty then hung up on me. I can't even. After this happened to me I've heard similar stories from multiple other people. $250 down the drain. Don't buy from this company.

Don't trust anything they say is "guaranteed." They don't stand behind any of their guarantees. Even if you have a receipt, they won't return it. You bought a warranty? They don't care. They will just tell you to take them to court and will keep your $300 and your broken product. Sam and Chris (managers) admittedly doesn't put customers first. Plus, dhgate sells everything they have at 1/4 of the cost. That's literally where they buy all of their products. Save your time and money.

Hands down best glass shop in town. They have tons of high end glass at great prices, plus an awesome selection of heady glass as well. They have tons of options for enails shirts and so much more.

Love this place , the girl worker was super sweet & helpful. They have amazing varieties and options for you to choose from! Love how you get to test it out too before buying. AMAZINg deals and if you buy the whole set oh get even more of a discount !!!

I was wondering when a good 420 friendly shop was coming into town. They didn't only treat me with kindness, but hooked me up fat before I walked out of the door. I have picked up 4 more of their creations and NOTHING HAS BROKEN. I even told them I cracked one of my bangers and I found my exact one wrapped up in the bottom of my bag when I got home. THANK YOU DABBERBOX! LOVE YALL!!!

love my enail from these guys. had it for years with no issue. replacement parts ie quartz and other rigs i have bought from them are all of the highest quality. even got a free ezfill joint stuffer last month for following them on ig. if you need anything from these guys do not hesitate. i have the dab station and pelican case from them. both are a must for on the go dabs. Hats off for the great service.

Amazing experience! Janessa is awesome and so friendly and helpful I'm new to Bakersfield and she was able to give me tons of helpful info!!! My boyfriend is the pickiest person in the world when it comes to nails and carb caps and they had so many he couldn't make up his mind!!!! They also have rosin presses and 3-d printing now that's awesome! I'll be back!
