D&B BBQ Catering and Events

The food smells so good but I was very disappointed I felt like I was eating bbq bones the ribs had little to no meat, they serve boxed mac n cheese and canned string beans. Oh the potato salad is delicious the best part of the meal.

Turns out they also have a cafe inside Sol Plaza. Professionally trained chef's, cooked to order delicious fresh food, amazing customer service, US Armed Forces Veteran owned and operated. I can't stop raving about this little gem of the Antelope Valley. Whether you need your special event professionally catered, or you just want a friendly smile and great food on your lunch break, with great portions and better than competitive pricing, you simply gotta stop by. You won't be disappointed!!

I put in an order on GrubHub at around 10:30 AM. I get a call from GrubHub at 11:15 Am from GrubHub they tell me D&B just called them and told them they could not fulfill this order. That's pretty ridiculous to have to wait that long to let someone know they can't fulfill this order. Would appreciate a shorter turn around on this next time. But probably not ordering from them again.

These guys catered a movie set I was on for almost a month. Food was usually pretty good, and diverse.

We've been searching for a tasty peach cobbler to try to wean my husband's mom away from the place she prefers in L.A., because we think their quality has slipped a bit. I've been paranoid about the pandemic, so we haven't gone out much, but we took the chance to try D&B's and I'm SO glad we did. It was quiet when we went by, and Bella was so gracious about taking our order and listening to what we were looking for. She understood that we definitely wanted lots of crust, and we agreed to come back the next day on our way to L.A. to pick up the cobbler. I asked that she make sure it was well-packed, since we were going to be on the freeways for a while, and she agreed to do so. We were running a little late the next day, and tried to call but the line stayed busy, but the cobbler was piping hot when we arrived. The tray was well sealed, so I had no worries about it traveling well, and we had no leakages.By the time we got to our destination (you know those freeways!), the cobbler had been out for about two hours, but it was still warm, so of course, we couldn't resist having that instead of lunch, lol. Yum, yum, nice warm cobbler with tasty crust, lots of peach slices with texture (not those mushy ones from canned peaches), and lovely spices. I tend to separate into pretty small servings, so I divided it up into more than 25 portions, and we've frozen the lion's share of that. We've heated the frozen portions and put vanilla ice cream on them...and let's just say we're going to have to start exercising a lot more, lol. I'm delighted to have tried D&B BBQ and Catering, and there are a lot of nice little shops in the Sol Plaza Boutique mall where they are located. We'll definitely be back!

I truly enjoyed my experience with D&B BBQ. They catered to my event needs for almost 200 people and were punctual the day of. Great service throughout and most importantly the food is AMAZING. I am new to the AV but I'll be going to D&B for my soul food fix regularly. Thank you Bella!

Just had their amazing BBQ at a family event. SOOOOOOOOO good I think I'll be dreaming about it tonight. We had two types of ribs both with different sauce. Chicken wings quite a spice kick! Pulled pork--yummy! Mac and cheese was cheesy with the perfect amount of caramelization on the edges. Baked beans (a bit sweet for my preference) but all homemade. Sweet potato pie AND peach pie made in classic southern style with allspice, cloves etc. This is the real deal.
