It was nice, didn't feel like I had much space to venture. Because they kept pushing to help and asking questions but very nice inside always bought some when I visited.

Please, Haven is Nice, but Culture is where it's at! I am so happy we tried this place the first time! Our first time we were greeted with good vibes and laughs and a discount for first timers! Valery the security guard was super friendly (she was also our security guard the 2nd time) along with our receptionist in the front Autum and Kimberly, it's nice to walk into a place and feel comfortable ya know? Upon walking in both times we were greeted and immediately asked if we needed help, but not in an overwhelming way! Britney Reyna Tatiana and Maribel were working today. The whole group was friendly. LOVED THAT FOR ME. It's nice to have people who have tried what they sell and have their opinions on it. And not try to convince you to love something just because they sell it. I believe Britney was our bud tender and she was suuuper chill and friendly, and relatable. Of course this place has great selection, and their knowledge of their product is pretty good! I like that they really seem like a team, there's no weird coworker tension or no weird vibes. They do like this spend a certain amount receive some kind of promotion and have a reward system, like your information and visits are In their system which is nice. I don't live in town which in unfortunate but best believe I will be making the trip just to buy from this place! That's that valley pure is close to me. Would 100% choose this place. If your introvert I still wouldn't worry they aren't pushy here, they let you do your thing if you just wanna be in and out. Highly recommend!!

This shop is set up beautifully and kept very clean. On top of that the customer service is excellent. I had the pleasure of being helped by Cruz. She's very kind and very good at what she does. Definitely recommend the shop.

twice I've had a gal with purple streaks try to upswell me away from what I come in to purchase. I was even turned away from a special deal because they "sold out" but yet she asked a co worker if there were any left and he stated he had put some aside? for who because I'm a paying customer. lastly another little gal was just rude rolling her eyes at me while trying to explain the telegram secret menu. obviously I knew about it yet she wouldn't honor the deal& wouldn't assist me in correctly accessing the group on my phone. tsk tsk. even with gas prices, I think the drive yo another shop is worth it. these gals are just below par on customer service and retail skills.

I live over an hour away from culture. I used to be my favorite place when I was fairly new as a customer. Learning that there rewards are not accurate at all whatsoever! After buying several aids, that didn't look accurate. I decided to weigh my product when I got home last night and my ape only way, 2.98. Culture did not do anything about this! I don't feel like a valued customer.... I will be taking my services elsewhere! And if I do decide to go back, I guess I'll have to weigh all my product before I leave the store

Great customer service! Knowledgeable staff. Reasonably priced. Great upbeat environment with a lot of product selection.
