Crusader Brewing

Had a wonderful evening at Crusader Brewing for their inaugural Comedy Night. This brewery set within an industrial complex is a neat find. The entrance bar area is nicely decorated and very comfortable. There were plenty of interesting beers on tap with very accurate descriptions of what they were, the alcohol percentage and the style.Friendly staff, clean environment and restrooms. Big event area for music, comedy and party rental. This place has it all.

Favorite brewery in town for both ambiance and beers. They have a wide range of options (they do tend to lean on the heavier side) so you can always find something based of what your are craving.

Really liked this cute brewery; however didn't like the only option was tacos . Overpriced tacos 3/$10. My friend had specifically called earlier in the day and they said they would have the food menu; so much dissatisfied when they didn't... was really looking forward to some of the items. Ordered tacos with one of each meat selection and all the toppings and salsa; when it was brought to me ... it was almost liked they picked whatever they wanted to give me. I ate it cuz i was hungry. The workers; are busy and friendly. If you were a service member or an ems you get a discount ; which was a nice surprise. Loved that they do that: big plus and much appreciated. The back room where the comedy show was; was perfect size and had very good audio. Good comedy show! Would recommend coming here for an event. I didn't get to try the beers; however choices sounded good and everyone who tried them seemed to like them.

We have been to this place plenty of times. But thought it was time to update my review. I must say I'm pretty happy with the service and the idea of food here now. It's nicely decorated and there was music playing and it's very welcoming. There is a back warehouse area that has added seating and a stage area for local talent. I love the choices on tap and with permanent food its awesome. So if you've not been here please take time to stop in and see if you love it as much as I do.

Craft brewery with great selection and friendly feel! Weirdly specific, but my nerdy high school self felt at home in this brewery! Don't know how to explain it, but If we could have drank in high school this would have been the place to go after a speech and debate tournament or a theater performance.My husband and I had the kolsch style beer and it was light and refreshing! We will be back to try more !!

Crusader is elite level. They specialize in European style beers. A nice alternative to IPA's and hoppy beer. The owner/brewer made it a point to explain the backstory to his beers and generously gave me samples. He cares about his customers and made it a point to make me feel welcomed. The place has a chill vibe.The beer quality was solid top to bottom on the menu. This place is on the same level with some of the top breweries in the state. If you're trying to figure out where to go when you stop in Bakersfield this is the place to hit!

I came in and ordered the loaded Burger with Tots. The burger is definitely delicious and I recommend the new Commoner Beer.

My wife had the Ghost Rider, in the Hellis style. She says it's a crisp refreshing lager. I had the Daily Bread, a very clean cut Hef with good taste. We came for the line dancing on Thursday night. A fun time. And, they offer discounts to military and first responders. Good place. Check it out.

Hands down the best beer in Bakersfield. Staff is friendly and helpful and the master brewer knows his stuff. He can answer any and all questions about the beers. They have food permanently now so I'm never hungry or thirsty!
