Workers need to pay more attention to customers that are in store instead of standing around gossiping. They act as if helping you is out of their job description.

Ordered through the app this time for pick up. There was no point on ordering in advance because when I got there another customer arrived at the same time she ordered got her order and left all while I was still waiting. . . Crazy backwards. FYI In the app you HAVE to tip whether it be pick up or delivery. I don't come here often but it's good to know they require tip. Anyway, the cookies available were all new to me and I enjoyed trying the new flavors. Milk Chocolate Chip, Skillet Cookie, Galaxy Brownie, Confetti Milkshake. I must admit I only tried the Galaxy Brownie for the appearance and resemblance to the Cosmic Brownies but it was a bit too much for me. They are pretty though!

There was a hair in my nieces cookie. Very disappointing as I drove 40 minutes away to get these.

Crumbl is not good enough to have the attitudes they have here. We mobile ordered and it put our order out an hour. We showed up and checked in at the time it had shown, and we were told that we had to wait another 30 minutes because "corporate" has it structured that way. So, we've already waited in an hour long queue, while people are walking in and walking out with their cookies, just to be put in another queue? It's ridiculous and it's lazy to blame corporate. It's poor lobby management on your part. Save yourself the time and trouble of having to deal with this place to get mediocre cookies, and go pick up a pack of Oreo's.

Cookies were purchased by someone, if I purchased them myself I would have requested a refund. The cookie I ate had a piece of egg shell in it. I initially noticed a crunch when I ate the cookie and saw something white in the cookie thinking it was a white chocolate chip that got into the regular chocolate chip cookie sadly that was not the case and it was an egg shell. Not sure if they prepare their own dough or get it shipped but somebody needs to be careful when mixing their dough.

We had a craving for some chocolate chip cookies so I ordered the dozen mini pack. Ended up getting Chocolate chip, cinnamon toast crunch, and a strawberry flavored one. They were ok, but nothing to waste so much money on. I thought crumbl was going to be better than that, but it was overhyped. The service was ok. The order was ready, but my son had to wait for them still. Im not sure how the place looked inside. My boys didn't complain about it, so i'm assuming it was ok. Would I go back, probably not. I'm sure there is somewhere else in town that makes better cookies, and more affordable.

Is anyone else's cookies look completely different from B the picture? Does the staff know what it's supposed to look like? I think the cookie in the advertisement tastes better.

I feel like they need to prioritize the customers more. It just doesn't seem like they're ever in a hurry to get your cookies, whether they are busy or slow. I understand when there's a wait but when you're the only one in the store and no one seems to be putting together your cookies or checking on you, there's just something wrong with that. Other than that the cookies are top tier quality and I end up always wanting more!

I ordered online and it said it was a 4 minute wait then done. When I went to go pick up my order they were not at all prepared at all and I waited for over 20 minutes. Several people came in and still got their orders before I did. This is unreasonable and unacceptable. Not good service.
