Crumbl - Hanford

Ordered on the app and picked up on a Friday evening. Several mini sized cookies were out of stock. Ended up with the brookie and a peanut butter with Reese's pieces. Both were good. Small shop typical for crumbl, but not crowded. Staff was polite and order was ready shortly after I clicked "I'm here." Parking in the lot in the Target shopping Center.

Service was quick. Cookies are huge! Friendly greeting. Delicious and huge! Shared it with my son

They offered me store credit to try a different flavor/get another cookie in order to make up for my previous experience, which, to me, is great customer service! I got to try the New York Cheesecake--still too sweet to eat alone or in one sitting, but it was a good flavor.

First time trying crumble and oh was I disappointed. I got the cinnamon square and it and it was terrible. The cake was dry and tasted like a horrible carrot cake. The frosting was bland just I don't know not good. honestly will be my last time at crumble.

Amazing cookies recommend it to everyone. The staff is really nice and accommodating.

Their cookies taste like dog food. All my friends recommend this place, their staff were some of the kindest people, and the atmosphere was like a peaceful home. But none of that changes the fact that their food tastes and smells like dog food for some reason. I don't mean to say it's bad in fact the texture and moisture levels where amazing which can be hard master for cookies which means they are great bakers but the cookies just taste exactly like when I was a kid and ate dog food out of curiosity. It tastes so much like dog food I thought maybe this was a dog food store with a gimmick of looking like cookies but no. It's supposed to be human food, but it doesn't taste like it.

It's ok but too sweet I bet if they brought down the sweet it would be perfect. Also suggest cookies for diabetics would even be better

I walked in and made I contact with the young lady who was working. Didn't get a hello, good morning, I'll be with you in a moment or ANYTHING. Literally just looked at me and turned around. I'm HUGE on customer service and that's too bad for the consumers. Even the male employee in the back!! ZERO from him too!!!! I dont care if you're busy or not (and they weren't). A smile or a hello goes a long way.

Cookies are good, nothing crazy but always satisfied! Have returned to my location many times.
