Crumbl - Gosford Village

Hi my boyfriend and I visited crumbl today for our sweet treat to celebrate our 1 year and 5 month anniversary!! hehe :)We split the Oreo Chocolate Crumb cookie and the Classic Peanut Butter cookie! Both were served warmed to perfection which made them even better.The oreo cookie and creamy frosting had great flavors and were not too sweet!! The cookie was very soft and cakey! I loved the oreo pieces and cream frosting on top.My boyfriend and I both favored the peanut butter cookie as it was very warm and soft giving it a really nice texture. It also had a very good, real peanut butter flavor! We ordered online for pickup and they were made fresh and ready by the end of the 15 minute wait time, so the service is pretty fast and efficient :) ! Also crumbl has an adorable ambiance. The decor and color scheme are dainty and cute! The inside is very clean and displays all the beautiful cookies in clear view. The packaging is also lovely. The easy-to-handle, closable box is so pretty, it's simple and pink!! Kail and I had such an amazing experience at Crumbl! We definitely recommend coming here :)

Okay so I did come back! lol!! Only because my daughter is pregnant and has a cookie craving. I ordered on line for pick up of six cookies. They were ordered to be ready at 2:30, but when I got there at 2:45 they weren't ready. I'm guessing they don't get them ready until the person gets there if you order for pick up. Which is dumb! I ordered the pink donut, chocolate chip, a chocolate one that looked like a rose on top, the cheesecake, snickerdoodle, and for myself the lemon. And once again I took a few bits and threw it away. The first bite tasted like lemon and after that you can taste nothing but dough. I really don't understand how people can spend so much on a cookie that don't taste great. Especially when there are a lot of bakeries in town.

I had went to the cookie crumble on rosedale with my daughter and her friend because they love crumbl cookie, and we ordered the 4 cookies, strawberry crumble, the Oreo, the brownie, and chocolate chip, and my daughter and her friend got sick from the cookies not being baked completely, they tasted like dough and too soft.

When we walked in we were not greeted or acknowledged. The workers kept looking at the people walking in and talking among themselves. They looked like they didn't want to be at work. They had annoyed look on there face. When i was handed my cookies they didn't open the box for us to take a look at the cookies like the times in the past. Definitely won't be returning to this location. I'll make the drive across town to have a better experience.

I love these cookies! Best sugar cookie and chocolate chip ever! I went in before closing and the staff was super friendly and packed up fresh cookies in no time. These are delicious and a great gift!

I tried the Carmel Apple cookies last week from the Stockdale location and absolutely fell in love with these! They were soft ,moist and actually made my mouth water. Decided I had to have some more before the menu changed again on Monday so I ordered another 4 pack from this location. I was shopping in Kohls when I placed the order and grabbed them as soon as we left. I was a little disappointed with this batch though, not sure if they were overcooked or just stale. They were very dry & crunchy. I'm hesitant to go back to this location as I've never had this experience at the original location.

We went in and got a 4pk and they were not baked all the way. The strawberry cheesecake was spilling over the top.

Delicious cookies and quick service. Very impressed with the cookie quality and how joyfully everyone was!

-No TABLES where can I sit??-Employee need more energy -Not walking friendly to many crazy drivers at night! -5 dollars for a cookie??-Food: I shared with my sister the chocolate chunk cookie -Opinion decent edges crispy middle soft -Amount of chocolate chips great amount, as I am not a fan of chocolate -Overall: Food was expected but a little overpriced. Ordered 6 mini pies on grubhub ended up paying about $35 total ( not delivery ) to pick up curbside. After arriving to the store was told that they were out of key lime and cookies and cream at 5 in the afternoon. I had to replace the pies with pumpkin and silk pie . I was then handed the pies in a RIDICULOUSLY large box that wasn't properly made so the side gave our ruining 4 of the pies. The pumpkin pie was good , the silk pie was just pudding reminiscent of melted ice cream. So if you like hot ice cream you would love it. Overall disappointing from the curbside all the way to the taste. The close up image is exactly How I received my $35 purchase. And I know I'm paying for experience ( I could buy a massive Costco pie for $6 ) but my experience was definitely not what I expected at all.
