Crumbl - Bakersfield

We went in to purchase cookies. It's very clean and a clean place. You have kiosks that you can go to, to enter in your order. The attendants were friendly the cookies are appetizing. You can choose full size or ministry. You can spend some money its a bit high but they are delicious. It's great for special treat.

This was my first time walking into a Crumbl store and I have to say it's very cold - in the sense that the team does not greet you, and you order from a tablet in the corner of the store... I assume this is appealing to some, but I really enjoy human interaction and being suggested items from the menu.There are no tables to sit and enjoy your cookies or chairs while you wait for your order and absolutely nothing on the walls- no color or pictures other than the crumbl logo. Very oddWe ordered 3 single cookies - the key lime pie, the chocolate birthday cake and the chocolate peanut butter pie. They're good, but super sweet and rich.

I love Crumbl, but this particular location has serious hygiene issues that make me uncomfortable. I've experienced two incidents that were pretty alarming.First, I was at Crumbl yesterday when a customer returned a wrong order after taking it to their car. Instead of discarding the cookies, the worker took them to the back, then brought them out again and attempted to give them to another customer! Thankfully, the customer noticed and refused. Everyone waiting was shocked--no one knows if those cookies had been touched or even licked outside the store. For the premium prices we're paying, we should at least be sure the cookies are fresh and safe to eat.In a separate incident, I saw a delivery person waiting for an order that was out of stock. The Crumbl worker called the customer but didn't change her gloves after handling the delivery person's phone, then proceeded to touch the cookies with the same gloves! When I politely suggested she change gloves, she made it awkward by announcing it to her coworkers as if it were a joke.This location needs to take food safety and cleanliness seriously--customers deserve better.

So, we gave it one more try....hahaha such a joke! I'd give zero stars if I was able too...Oh my goodness, Crumble was having a sale this day where you got 6 cookies for the price of 4 and apparently everyone in Bakersfield was there in the chaos attempting to get cookies! First let me say, that was one of the WORST store experiences I've ever had! The entire app system was a mess! The store couldn't keep up with the special ran by corporate and everyone was SUPER flustered trying to figure out what to do! There was an unorganized line of crazy mad people with NO idea what to do to get their cookies and no one there to explain anything. People were essentially stuck in hell waiting for the cookie prize that for many never came! The app....Yeah huge joke! People purchased cookies in advance only to arrive and have to check in BEFORE their cookies were even added to the cookie queue to be made!!! So people thought they were farther along the process to be told they weren't even in the queue because they didn't know they weren't even being made! AND no one knew they had to check in the even start the process, oh because no one was there to tell anyone what was going on!!! Promotion day at Crumbl....a HUGE joke! 200 people inside a store maybe able to hold 25 people all pushing everyone around, yelling at the staff and losing their crap because it's obvious this business has NO idea how to run a business! The store itself was an absolute mess!!! So trashed! No longer following health standards due to the panic of the situation, placing cookies to cook on nasty dirty trays by simply changing the parchment paper on the trays! Some SO black you could barely see the aluminum of the pans! Many areas had RAW cookies with cooked cookies and NONE of the advertised refrigerated cookies even made it in to the refrigerator! Oh let's not even talk about the flies COVERING EVERY cookie on EVERY pan...THIS company has NO idea how to complete a promotion like this appropriately or even how to clean its establishments! After finally figuring out how to get our cookies started, we waited 1-1/2 hours before giving up! Such a waste of time for nothing! That was the last time for my family, we won't be returning! Hopefully in the future they can figure out HOW to run a promotion or even a business BEFORE actually running the promotion they have no understanding or space to run....Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a business I've visited!!!!

Crumbl is one of my favorite places to go when I am looking to treat myself or have a little cheat day! While thenprice has gone up, the quality of the cookies and the customer service has really just been on an uphill route over the past couple of years! The cookies are soooo unique and tasty and come packaged very well for travel! No smashed or soggy cookies here! I do recommend ordering for pick up because the store front is quite small and gets packed to the brim during peak hours. Be aware that there is no seating available in the store itself. Give this weeks flavors a try!

Love to order as gifts for family and friends always delivered fast and on time. Workers and friendly and food is good.

Service has always been great. Cookies have always been delicious. Always a good experience. Wish they had napkins/forks though.

so so so so good but so sweet i enjoyed so much the strawberry milkshake cookie a lot and the biscof three leches i'm looking forward to the valentines cookies so much sugar but worth it, BUY YOUR COOKIES NOW.

Cookies are always yummy. I love checking the weekly menu to see what fun flavors they have.

Always very good cookies at this location they are always cooked good not doughy , and when you order ahead through they app they are pretty quick with it
