Crazy Otto's Diner

Crazy Otto's has great food. You definitely get a lot. Enough to share with somebody. The girls are hard workers so please tip them well. I saw a big family come in. Their bill was over $100 and they did not tip the waitress. If you can't afford to tip then you can't afford to eat out. my opinion.

If I could give a zero I would. Worst service ever. We live up the street and have come here a few times. Came on a Sunday after church with a group of 8 to order to-go and the hostess or lady working the cash register was awful. So rude. We told her we wanted to order to go and grabbed a few menus and were off to the side waiting and she told us to go wait outside there were too many of us. There was no one else waiting just us and we asked are you serious you're telling us to go outside? She said yes we are too busy. Our friend came out of the bathroom and was surprised when we told her we basically got kicked out as we were about to bring business to their restaurant. One of the waitresses heard and we said thanks but we are not going to eat here and she said sorry. Our friends said they know the owner and they would call. We were appalled and will never go back there. Go to Grizzly Burger for breakfast better. Or better yet go to Crazy Otto's on Lancaster. We now go there every Sunday. Charles the owner was more than willing to accommodate us.

The portions are ginormous! You won't leave hungry here. Had a ribeye breakfast burrito, French toast and pancakes breakfast with sausage and eggs. Good comfort food with an Americana style diner vibe. Great service.

Grabbed a to-go order as I drove through Acton this morning, when I got to my job site, 20 mins later, I found that it wasn't what I ordered. It's not they were busy, only 4 people seated.

Always a good place for breakfast or lunch. Definatly a local spot. Excellent choice for classic American meals. You're either finishing work or getting ready for a full day ahead.

Hostess Nikki is amazing. Note: place was busier than usual. Nikki has the perfect personality to be a waitress; she's very friendly and explains the situation. Unlike our waitress totally ignored us, didn't come and say hi till after a long time, didn't excuse herself nor apologies for taking someone else's order before us when we came before them, I requested a complimentary coffee for the inconvenience of waiting so long and her taking the order of someone else first, she declined and said she has to charge for the coffee. Wow!, unbelievable!!Thank goodness for Nikki and the other young adults working here who made up the difference of our impassive waitress. Wish these 3 young adults the best! Praying they have a successful future. God bless.

Depends on the day if the food is gonna be good or not. Ordered grilled pork chops breakfast and the pork chops were over cooked the toast was burnt, and I asked for scrambled eggs eggs with very light cheese and got veggies with my cheese, and the coffee was like dirty water the consistency is not there anymore....was not offered a solution

Had the biscuits and gravy. Gravy was good, biscuits were kind of dry. Gravy had lots of meat in it. Had has browns, solid. Hame was smoked. I bet this place makes a great ham sandwich. Overall solid restaurant

10/10 great food great service, sausage patty and two egg combo was very good. Half omelet fill a whole plate, more than enough!

We went here for lunch here at Crazy Otto's after our hike at Vasquez Rocks. We have excellent customer service and professional/friendly restaurant staff instead of that rude guy at the local fingerprinting office in Valencia. We also have relaxing ambience with country music, amazing sourdough bread on my avocado cheeseburger, ranch dressing for my fries, orange juice, water, etc. I highly suggest going to Crazy Otto's again.
