Great service. Super friendly owners. They'll help with whatever you need if they can. They do shirts, sell vinyl in many sizes, and they even have pre cut vinyl stickers for your car or Starbucks cups! So much variety! Just waking in will inspire you to create something fun and new, even if you don't do this already lol. If you're ever in need for heat press or permanent vinyl, I definitely recommend coming here. They have significantly better prices than the big box stores in town, and with a friendly owner to boot. They also do mass production of shirts, mugs, cups, whatever you need. If you can imagine it, I'm sure they can create it for you!

OMG! What a great store. They have more glitter and glitter effects bottles for half off. The owner, Asher is so knowledgeable and gave me new ideas to use the holographic vinyl. If you're a Cricut user, this store has every color of HTV I've ever seen. They also have resin and resin supplies. I'll be back and bringing my daughter with me!

I was at the big brand craft store on Rosedale Hwy the other day and was approached by this woman and her young daughter. I had several rolls of vinyl in my arms. She said (like a secret spy) hey lady...(not really) I have a vinyl store you should check it out. Well...I put the rolls that I had and went on Black Friday!!!! Wow! It was pretty cool. I'm not the crafty one it's my sister. I was impressed. Came back with all my the vinyl and my sister is going to make a trip to the shop. She's just as excited!Come to find out the lady (secret spy) is the owner. Pretty awesome! She is really nice. And whenever possible I like to shop and support our small business! Thank you!

I love this store!!!! But hate that with everything going on I can't just pop in and pick up some HTV. Can't wait for them to reopen!!!

Very extensive selection of colors in a variety of different types of vinyl. I was very happy to find what I needed. The place is sorta small, but it's right on a busy road and so it's not too easy to miss. Also, be aware that they close at 2pm on some days so just be sure to check the hours before driving over. The big selection and the helpfulness of the owner will have us going here for our vinyl needs from now on.

What a great shop!! Went for the first time today and they have a phenomenal selection of siser htv and oracal. They have every color in the rainbow, tons of glitter, holographic, and even some great patterned options. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful, you really feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. I'll be doing all my vinyl purchasing from here in the future! What a hidden gem!!!

Amazing experience every time-the gentleman working was beyond nice and very, very helpful! Will never go to michaels again for any of our vinyl needs! Crafty cut is very knowledgeable and more than willing to help you with any project you are working on!! Need 10 stars to give them but can only give 5-awesome business and very recommended!!

Awful. Just awful. Ordered 18 custom vinyl prints for the first time ever. There was a total of 3 errors wirh my order and the only thing that was offered to fix it was to cut it out new but on just white vinyl when it was names wth different outlined colors (Baseball themed party). I provided the images so nothing custom was done on their end otherthen getting the individual letters for my last names I needed & making it into a word. 5 of the last names were the same, wirh one different. The order didn't provide that. Trying to say I slandered got guys on FB is bull. Just because I wrote a review on my experience doesn't make it slander. Stop trying to point the finger with your lousy ass customer service. No one bent over backwards as you claimed either. ‍And YES I kept everything because they were already ironed into my MY shirts as I realized the mistakes. Also, no one emailed me as they claimed of a refund. To get a refund it took me walking into the store to demand one since they weren't going to reprint me 1 last name. Pathetic.
