Crab N Spice

The food and service has gotten way better. Especially this time of year the crawfish were big and fresh. Just too bad that a few people that dine and dash ruined it for everyone and they charge you at the beginning of your meal. Having to get a second round of drinks is a hassle when you're elbow deep in crawfish sauce. Other than that it's our go to spot in AV.

*** emailed Elisha on Monday right after she replied..... still no response back****Ordered from here the night of my father's funeral. Called to tell me a couple of items I ordered were not available and that I would be refunded. They didn't refund me. I have tried calling for a month- no one answers. Email went unanswered also. I had scheduled this for a delivery- so tipped accordingly. Their website is very outdated and somehow it changed to a pick up order? I wouldn't tip 45$ on a pick up order. Asked for this to be adjusted. Nothing. Submitted a dispute with my card company and they fought that but won't refund me for product not received or answer communications. Maybe they'll call and fix this now that I've posted.

Made us wait an hour to tell us they had no crab after making us pay out $100 plus check

If you're not going to reply to the email that patrons send about improving your restaurant then don't bother providing it when you respond to the review. This just proves you want people to think you care when in reality you really don't.

If you haven't tried their all you can eat weekday deal you are missing out! I should've tried it way sooner! The staff is really friendly and nice. They let you know what of time that for all you can eat you have to pay first because they've had problems with people eating and leaving without paying. Totally understandably. What to expect, first of all snow crab and lobster are extra. They have two menu options but understanding the higher option you only get one cluster of crab legs. To me the lower option which is $36.99 and comes with a drink was great on its own. When you order you get 4 choices of seafood, sauce, and 4 sides. The awesome thing is you decide how much except for the scallop that's 6 flat each order. But for the shrimp, mussel, crawfish you let them know how many pounds of each which is awesome! You also have a large set of sides to choose from which includes wings!Now keep in mind everything is fresh and made to order so be patient and expect a little wait in between each order but trust me the wait is worth it. Quality and fresh ingredients. It's soooo good! If you have the chance Monday through Thursday definitely come by and try it out, you won't regret it!

It was ok lost my grandson Tablet going there Wanna try all the sauces? I had shrimp head on and crawfish My daughter had shrimp, lobster and crab corn, sausage and potatoes and she loved it

Nothing was really that bad about the place. We had the all-you-can-eat and the crabs were great. I would say skip the potatoes though. The waitress was nice and made sure we understood how the all-you-can-eat worked. It's a lot more spacious on the inside than it looks. Surprised it wasn't that cramped. The reason it's 3 stars though is just cause other seafood boils have been better and it was around the same price.

Decided to try out crab and spice for the first time the atmosphere was casual, clean and upbeat. You pay before you eat, which was clearly stated and posted. John was our server very friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable. Explain the menu and how to eat a crawfish as it was our first time ever indulging in, the crustacean, The flavors were full embodied and rich Cajun medium spiced. If you like spicy food, I recommend a medium level up one as it seemed more medium mild. Looking forward to another night out but this time with my guy in the near future as I know those beignets sounded good but we were too full to enjoy this time. Thank you for all your help. First, the food was delicious. The Crab'n Spice was great, the seafood was very fresh. Unfortunately, they only brought half my order, and then my server immediately went on break. I was sitting there for 20 minutes before anyone checked on me. They did get the balance of the order out quickly.

Food is very tasty but out of many items!!! I get that it's Valentine's weekend however the owner should have anticipated this. It's best to be well stocked for holidays when people eat out more!!!
