Crab It While It’s Hot

Checked out "Crab it While it's Hot" in the mall food court. The food's a winner - ordered a bag with shrimp, mussels, Cajun sausage, potatoes, and corn. Shrimp was surprisingly big and tasty, and the mussels, though pricey, were massive. Thumbs up for the garlic noodles too.Now, onto the nitty-gritty. Staff is friendly, place is clean, but they seem a bit green. Had to ask for everything - gloves, table lining, paper towels, forks for noodles. They might not even have bibs. The food's good, but the service needs a boost. Not a fan of giving three stars, but the staff fell short. Go try it, and maybe drop a hint about being more on top of customer needs.

The food was pretty good, big size crawfish and the sauce is delicious. Staff is nice, one of the only things I would complain about is that you can't by the seafood by the lb, or at least I don't see it on the menu, my gf only can eat mussels so we like to buy mussels by the lb. Other than that it's a great place, would love to see them in a actual building in Hanford with some draft beer would be nice
