Coyote Entertainment Center

Watched transformers last night! Amazing atmosphere. Absolutely loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were! Fresh popcorn is a must!! At Coyote entertainment did it right!!!

We come to the movies quite often here. We never have issues with that and enjoy their theater. As for the food where the bowling center is, we have been here multiple times giving chances but have had nothing but terrible experiences and have heard the same from others we know. The servers who sometimes are the bartenders have always been rude and the service is always extremely slow. The first time we came the experience was great. Since then, the food quality is not the same though it looks good, as well as the service. This last time our food was incorrect and by the time it was corrected & brought out it was 30 min later and still incorrect. I am not one to complain because I know how hard working in the food industry is, but to constantly have bad service and incorrect orders it is really daunting. We will always continue going to the movies, but will be sure if wanting to eat we will go elsewhere.

We had a great experience with this place! All the staff that we encountered were very nice and professional! The theater was clean and not crowded at all. We also went bowling and our server was very nice! I was very shocked at the prices and the quality of food!! We will definitely be going back!!

I had the worst night. I was put on a waiting list for bowling. But by then I had to leave. I never got to bowl. At least I didn't have to pay but the waiting list was ridiculous. There were other lanes empty. Wait time was an hour and 30 minutes.

handicap parking is very limited. plan to walk from another parking lot. planed to return for earlier movie but unable to go, they do not offer refunds or coupon to return for another night. no money back either.

0/0 do not recommend. Unless you're willing to wait 2 hours and then have the game shut off on you because they close at 10pm so that means you're done, everything shuts off. I came with my family of 7 and we were told it's 45-1hour wait time, so we went to the arcade and waited. Then they told us another hour before we will be seated, so we waited. Then the waitress came and rushed our order because they were closing the kitchen so we at least got our order in. The drink machine also closed at 9:30 so we could not get anything to drink during the remainder of our game. Next, we were on round 9 out of 10 and the whole game shut off. We went to speak to the manager to bring awareness to their lack of informing customers of the machines shutting off precisely at 10pm. She offered zero validation or remorse. She also said "should we stop seating at 9 then?" As if it's our job to make changes and make the experience better for the Customer who is paying for the service. Also be aware that if you want to leave a proper review please be sure to email the casino directly as they will also not tell you they are just a third party management company. Will be submitting my formal complaint asap as they did not handle my complaint professionally as both managers gave looks of dismissal, disbelief and like were stupid for even complaining because "this was the first time they've had a complaint here."

Great place to unwind and take the littles for some fun time. Arcade, bowling and food. There's a designated drinking area. Movie theaters are comfortable. Staff has been friendly every time we go.

Rating is for the BAR only * The two younger GIRLS working 24 February completely sucked all the way around ! Horrible service, laughing behind the bar about ignoring us. When we would get their attention they would act deaf and walk away . I never leave reviews but these little girls customer service was garbage ! Why get a job behind a bar if you want to act unprofessional about serving drinks . I'm sure it will not be resolved so just keep it in mind when coming here. It honestly seemed like they were intentionally attempting to be rude towards most the guests while our group was around.

My adult disabled son and many of his friends had a birthday party there! The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They were organized and everyone had a great time!

This lady needs to be fired ASAP it was our FIRST time ever coming here , this lady doesn't even greets us or says hello she automatically says " MOVE along " ,starting being all rude to me and my family and bf she explain us the rules obviously cause we are underage and WE KNOW the rules . We were just wanting to know where the entertainment center is At Cause as I said it's our first time she never tells us she just rudely points at it , My bf cracks a joke with her and she felt the need to kick us out cause she said we were being rude with her . Overall don't come here this is how they treat new people
