We stayed here 5 nights. It was quite and clean. Everyone we talked to was very nice, including the managers. They have a pool and small clubhouse. The clubhouse was also clean and cozy looking. The sign says over 55 community, so don't know if kids are welcome. We would definitely stay again.

We found this little gem in our Good Sam RV park guide. Because we needed to be in Visalia we only had a choice between this park and KOA. Price wise it was an easy choice. My wife called and talked with the manager who was very helpful and provided all the information we needed to make our choice. Park is very clean and quiet. The facilities are impeccable. Showers are clean and the water is hot. No pull throughs but the backins are all paved, level and have their own picnic tables. We stayed here 9 days in our Winnebago Via.

We stayed at Country Manor for 5 days, and just loved it! The staff, George and Carolyn were incredibly friendly and helpful. The laundry room and showers were very clean. We had originally were to stay at the KOA, but after reading the reviews, we changed our minds. So happy that we did! A very safe feeling and perfect stay!! We highly recommend staying here. Thank-you, Country Manor!!Cathie & Joe Bernavich

It's not a five star kind of place but it is neat, quiet, inexpensive and close to town and restaurants. I would describe it as mixed use; mostly mobile homes but also several motor homes and fifth wheels, mostly full time residents but several seasonal and a few overnighters like us. And unlike the other RV park listed in the guide books, this one is in a nice neighborhood and well off the 99, but near the 198 - but not so near as to have any traffic noise.

I came here temporarily for work and just had a terrible experience. First, no evidence of a Good Sam discount. Bathrooms and showers are so smelly I couldn't use them. And, good luck parking your rig. Spaces are small, tightly packed and they let people park on the streets so it's close to impossible to maneuver in and out. And, in spite of complaining and having a bad experience, they don't offer refunds. Sewer line on my space had no way to connect, so I was forced to hold the hose while dumping. Unacceptable. On top of that, it's on a busy, noisy street. The managers were friendly...until I complained then they didn't want to have anything to do with me! Sheesh!
