Spoke to Kelsey at the business today, we had some difficulty communicating about the measurements of the job I needed done. When I asked for a manager, she just stopped talking, no hold, no nothing. I called back and she didn't answer and let the business phone ring and ring. I called a different number on the business card and Jorge did help me out. Kelsey is very unprofessional. Not a way to run a business in my opinion.
