If your feet don't fit into the size in the big box stores, or you want something of quality with some personal attention, this is the phage for you.Truth be told, i've been coming to this store of and on fir 50 years. i have a "wide" foot & back those "good ole days", shoe stores carried a wide selection of sizes and widths. Flash forward 50 years, more choices in styles, but less size choices. If you want high quality steel toed leather work boots, made in the USA Red Wings, or wide selection of trail shoes. this is the place to come. it's reasonable prices for great quality. on this visit, it was Corny's grandson at the counter. come in the morning, you meet his son.

Friendly personalized care provided by family business since 1948. My favorite place to shop for shoes, boots, keen, SAS, and other quality brands. My mom needed some sturdy shoes and found them here. They required stretching to accommodate a generous bunion, and they happily did this with wonderful comfortable results. Highly recommended!!

For one of my daughters working at Corny's was her first job. She worked there for a couple of years. It was a very positive experience. That helped cement a relationship that has continued for over 20 years now. Our family loves high quality shoes and Corny's carries many of them. I'm a huge Birkenstocks fan. If they don't carry the style I want or I am after a seasonal style they just order it for me. Same with other brands. They are very accommodating. It is nice to find an establishment that exemplifies sincere customer service. I love that it is family owned and generational.

After running a half marathon in casual walking shoes, I was broken. Everything hurt - and it wasn't a "I just ran a half marathon" kind of hurt. It was more like a, "I think my foot is broken" kind of hurt. Because Ridgecrest is small, I assumed finding a shoe store that could properly fit me for the right type of running shoe meant driving 2+ hours.A friend referred me to Corny's, and he was fantastic!! He took one look at the impressions my foot made in my current shoe and knew right away what I needed. He pointed me to a running shoe with more support, but they were out of stock. Bummer? No, not a bummer! They ordered the exact shoe I wanted. When I picked it up, they told me the final price was less than the suggested retail price because they try to offer the same rates you could find online. How awesome is that? We get personal service and fitting for the same price. Can't complain :)The real test is whether the shoe actually worked. Short answer: Absolutely. These shoes are so stabilizing, and I'll be running another half in them very soon.

This family business has been our go-to shoe store for four generations now. They are able to match or beat prices. My father-in-law from Florida was astounded to find his favorite dress shoes, Florsheims, priced below anyone else.

This was the 1st time that I shopped there for work boots and the selection was great and the service was excellent! The boots that i bought turned out not to fit my foot right and it was a couple of months later and they let me trade the boots for another pair. Actually it was more like 4 months, LOL.

After looking around for almost two months called this store and they had the Irish setter boots I was looking for. The guy was beyond helpful and even shipped them to my home. Great experience 10/10 and would definitely recommend doing business here!
