Conroy's Flowers Bakersfield

Normally order from this place, but the last order was inaccurate and shouldn't have been delivered. When a change in color or appearance of a paid order needs to be made, a customer should be contacted which in this case it wasn't.I had the receiver return the flowers to the shop and ask for a refund which has still not gone through. I understand business days policies, but it's been about 7 days now. Very unfortunate experience, hope changes are made as this flower shop has potential & have made beautiful flower arrangements before.

DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM HERE! Liars liars liars. Trash customer service, owner or "manager" does not allow people to know his name nor the staff apparently. You can't even speak w manager directly. They lied about when flowers will be delivered, matter of fact they never got delivered and issuing a refund as been the hardest thing to get- which mind you it's been over 10 days and still no refund! SCAM artists and will ruin your lovely gesture. Spend your money else where!

Stopped in for a quick flower grab. They had just received a shipment and the place smelled amazing. Wasn't that thrilled with the prices for what you get but its still a great place. Staff was nice and service was efficient.

First time buyer and will be the last. For what you are paying for and based on the photos is so deceiving. Super over priced and not what the they are supposed to look like. Seeing all the high schoolers in the store I should have known better.

Ordered Flowers, a balloon, a bear and a box of chocolates. I was expecting to have them delivered sometime in the morning or early afternoon. Called to check delivery at 3pm and they said it was out for delivery and it would be there in 30min. (Lady sounded annoyed to even talk to me) Got a delivery confirmation 15min later but was not delivered. Called them back and they said it was never put on a truck and it could take up to another 3hrs before delivery. Asked to talk to manager and manager wasn't available and would call me back. Then 45min later delivery driver shows up with package and sure enough it was missing the card and box of chocolates. I will never order from here again. This place is way to expensive to not get a awesome experience.

Ordered flowers for my wife on Valentine's Day they did a good job the arrangement was smaller than expected but everything was on time and beautiful

Horrible experience from the owner Cesar to the staff.Ordered flowers never received item and gave me difficult time trying to get my refund for a service never received. Not once did they try to accommodate a paying client or apologize or investigate to find out what went wrong. Just told me to get out of the shop.Never again will this place get my business.

I'll be honest. I've purchased flowers from Conroys before and I have always been impressed. Somehow they missed the mark terribly today. I went online and picked out an arrangement for a birthday. I really wanted the person to feel special and loved. I put my trust in Conroys because of the work they have done in the past. They had a picture of an arrangement online and I even paid extra ($200+) for the Extra Extra Large flowers. I wanted it to be special. What I got was extremely disappointing. I'm not expecting a perfect replica of the picture and I understand sometimes substitutions are needed, but I feel this wasn't even close to what was promised. The flowers that were delivered were semi-nice. It's not $200 worth of flowers though. Maybe $60-80 at other shops. I would have paid more, I just wanted the something remotely close to what was advertised. Don't trust they will take care of you. I tried reaching out to them with no response. If your flowers are for someone special, don't trust Conroys to provide what you pay for. Read the other reviews. Don't make the same mistake I did.

What a HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT! My son ordered Roses for his girlfriend to be delivered on Valentine's Day. 4:00, 4:45 and still no Roses delivered. 5:00 and office closing, still nothing! Called and asked why floweres hadn't been delivered and he was told " I'm looking at them" they didn't go out! He told them to deliver them to the house before 7pm, they assured him they would. Well 7,8,9:00 pass and NO Flowers. Called again and no reasoning at all! He demanded a refund and was told they couldn't and would have manager call the next day. Next day came and no phone call so He called again! Finally 2 days after he was able to talk to someone and they finally agreed to refund his order! No apology or consideration on how they ruined Valentine's Day for them!

I ordered online, and they delivered my order to my wife's work. The arrangement looked different from what ordered. I called it in, and with no argument, Ceaser went above and beyond to make it correct and then some. I will definitely keep ordering arrangements from this establishment, Thank you
