Comida Oaxaqueña

A review for this Oaxaquen food truck is long over due!! Customer service is the best! The food is simply delicious! They not only have the best tacos in Bakersfield, but tortillas are handmade while your food is being prepared. The best part is that they have genuine Oaxacan food- Tlayudas, mole, and tamles! This is a must try for all foodies and anyone in the mood for some genuine Oaxaquen/Mexican food!!

This is the best truck I've ever been to! The food was amazing, the service was great, the employees were very nice. They have a self-serve salsa bar.For $22, we got two giant burritos, filled with a LOT of meat! Plus they have 4 different salsas to choose from at their salsa bar.

Good flavors. Most of their dishes have good quality but most of them are pretty good. Service is very good sometimes and super slow others. Ambiance is never going to be great in a "gas station restaurant" but is bearable. They are kind if expensive ( the good ones) their inexpensive food is pretty bad... I don't recommend it.

So I went there to give this place a shot and see how the food is. I was kinda craving shrimp tacos. Yes there always a lil pricey compared to normal tacos but they want I think $3.50 or $3.75 each taco and I was hesitant cause dowm the street there 2.50 a taco and there loaded with shrimp.......well the young lady said noooo but there big tacos and very FULL.....YES FULL OF CABBAGE AND LETTUCE and literally 2 pieces of shrimp in the taco.....wtf Iam I paying for a cabbage taco with a hint of shrimp for $3.50.......and I made the mistake to trust her and ordered 3.......well that was a mistake. I had also ordered the ceviche and they said hold on 5 mins we have to make it fresh....ok no problem that's great.........well once again it was loaded with all tomatoes, veggies and everything else was loaded but a freaking skimp of fish and no shrimp or anything else to fill it with a actual meat. So with that I paid for a bowl of wet veggies rather then actual ceviche.....what's funny is that when I was waiting I could here them talking shit not knowing that I know Spanish as a white guy but hey....to each there own and I'll never go back. Already told plenty of friends about it and they won't go support them either. Iam sure other people had great experience but mine sucked. Good luck y'all. BTW I only write these kind of reviews when it's that bad.
