I was in a car accident abt a month ago, i needed a chiropractor quick, but was also interested in massage therapy too. this place had both. : ) Since i hadn't been in an accident in over 15 years i thought going to the chiropractor meant a few adjustments, maybe a massage here and there and wah lah... I'm good as new! Nope! Four weeks later, i'm still here. They hve me on a 3 month treatment plan. I'm in phase 1 right now, that means i go in 3x a week for a month. *Warning! This phase is very "time consuming". It takes abt an hour and a half each appt. Even though your moving fast through all the depts: chiropractor/massage/physical therapy; it still takes time. So make sure to plan for it, otherwise you'll be stressed like i was. The massages are my favorite part, they have at least 8 different girls that work there. You can request your favorite ones as u get to know them. Even tho they say its a 30 min massage it works out to be more like a 20 min...by the time you walk to the room and get undressed, and later redressed, you've lose abt 10 mins. The check in procedure is completely computerized. First, you sign in, enter your password then sit down. The wait is no longer than 5 mins. The front desk girls are helpful and friendly. Don't hesitate to speak up if u don't like something abt ur treatment, i did. They can make the change right then and there in your file. Mind you, it's a "team" of chiropractors that work on u, you don't necessarily get the same one every time. As time went on i began to like some better than others because of their technique orthoroughness. For example, some adjust you manually while others use a device. I've learned only to get a manual adjustment with the skilled chiropractors, and leave the "device" for the other ones. Overall, i'm very happy with my treatment. my pain level has decreased significantly, i went from a level 8 pain to a level 2 within a month. I'm hoping for complete recovery!

In a carpet cleaner by trade and after a few years of that sort of back labor intensive work I would get headaches and tight in the shoulders almost constantly. I just thought it was normally. After I got in my motorcycle wreck I came in a couple times to just make sure everything stayed in alignment. After coming a few times I was better than I had been for years. Even after a motorcycle accident! I've been coming and taking my wife and two boys (1 & 3) regularly ever since.

This place is awful!!! I came here just wanting an adjustment, as I treat my body as a whole and receive acupuncture massage and chiropractic for prevention purposes since I am a Certified Massage Therapist. First I was sat in a room with two men whom explained to me I have not met my deductible (which I knew) and if I gave them 150 now they would wave the difference, and that I would be able to see their medical doctor and get XRays. I explained to them I know my body and I did not need an X Ray or a Doctors exam. I am healthy and I just wanted a simple adjustment, they continued to pressure me telling me something could be really wrong with me and that I should see the medical doctor. I refused and asked if I could just pay out of pocket to get an adjustment from Dr Collins (the chiropractor) They told me no I first had to see the medical doctor. At that point I was done with this office, they just wanted to bill my insurance under an MD to receive more money, also I felt as if they did not listen to my needs and treated me like I were ignorant . I live and love alternative health and will never return nor refer this place to any of my patients, family, or friends. Also this place is not worth the one star I have to give.

I went to Dr. Collins after a car accident which had made me go into labor I was 36 weeks pregnant when I had the car accident 2 days after my accident I went into labor. I'm not sure if it was the epidural or the actual car accident that messed my lower back. I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep good at night and I would always complain. I went to Dr. Collins for almost a year. First I started 3 days a week then it we to twice a week, and lastly to once a week with massages included. It's been 6 yrs since the last time I seen the chiropractor and I haven't had any pain since my treatment. He is amazing.

I am usually very skeptical of chiropractic services, and typically never went - especially after one bad experience with a different doctor... that in mind, 5 stars is a HUGE compliment for Dr. Collins.I have two major back injuries at the age of 26 - Lumbar & Cervical Spine. Dr. Collins did x-rays beforehand and made some determinations on the condition of my spine, and shared with me honestly the extent of recovery his services could offer (he told me i would never fully recover - I appreciate that honesty). His machines and techniques seem odd, and at first I thought much of it was strange - until my 1 year straight of headaches (from a head-on car collision) began to subside! He uses a strange machine to test the flexibility of each disc of the spine and then lightly loosen it... Yes odd, but I dont question results where all else had failed.I now recommend Dr. Collins to all of my customers in accidents (I am an insurance agent). They also offer massage services, which they worked into my insurance coverages.I am still skeptical of unconventional treatment, but would recommend Dr. Collins ANY TIME!

Dr Collins came highly recommended to me and he may be a good chiropractor, but I didn't have any luck with his office or him.The girl answering his phone is clueless in regards to his practice including price, etc... Could not give me any relevant information. Also, she had no idea if he had a website or not. They cancelled my first appt. for Sat morning 6/15 at 10:00 am with them with little or no notice on a Friday evening close to 7. pm.I called back and made an appt. for two weeks later on Sat 6/29 at 10:00. I asked them to call and confirm. Apparently they called and cancelled around 5 pm Fri evening, but I did not get the message until after I went and sat and waited at the site Saturday and no one was there. I called their office number and the cell phone and never received a call back.Their customer service and their lack regard for other peoples time is a red flag as well as very unprofessional. They have not returned my call to date, so I probably won't try calling them again.

I have suffered from debilitating migraine headaches since I was a teen. I had tried many treatments through my medical doctor for years and had not found anything that really helped. I was able to get rid of the pain but they were never able to figure out a cause so there was no cure either.. That is until I met Dr. CollinsI am in the medical field myself and have always been very resistant to Chiropractic care. But, because of family with similar problems and their experiences had success I decided I needed to try. After one visit and adjustment I saw dramatic change in my migraines as well as over all health. Dr. Collins and his staff are very professional and caring. I recommend that everyone who is looking for this type of care give Dr. Collins and his staff a chance to change your life just as they have mine.

I called the office to schedule an appointment for a massage. It had been 2 1/2 years since my last visit. When I arrived they mentioned I needed to be "reactivated" in order for my insurance to cover my visit. I then met with a health coach of some sort and she mentioned I had to meet my deductible. I told her I had double checked with my insurance prior to my visit and they confirmed I didn't have a deductible for chiropractic care. She then called in their medical biller and she insisted I had one. I explained very clearly what my benefits plan is and she kept insisting I had to meet my deductible of $250. Her tone of voice changed and then started getting defensive. I told her I didn't come in for physical therapy all I wanted was an adjustment and a massage. I explained that my insurance also covered manipulations only as well. She said if I wanted a massage to go to a massage parlor. Medical biller was very unprofessional and there was tension in the room because I was not about to pay for something I didn't need to pay for. This showed lack of training in their billing department and no customer service for their patients. I asked for a copy of the authorization she received and reached out to my insurance and filed a complaint against this office.
