If I could put no stars I would They gave me chicken wings that were barely cooked with a bunch of sauce on them. I never received any drinks for my orders. they sent the orders back to the kitchen 3 times because the cook continued to mess up the amount of wings and flavors. After the 3rd try an employee noticed it still was wrong, the lemon pepper mild had no mild sauce on them. The cook yelled out he'll just put some sauce on the side in the bag ... he still didn't put any sauce on the side in the bag .I'm also currently 6 months pregnant and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes in the store. It didn't bother me initially because I love their food so I did not mind the wait but to wait that long and spend $70 and receive poor service is unacceptable. It's unfortunate to leave such a bad review because I truly love them i started going to them regularly most importantly for their wings but after today I don't know how to feel about them. they need new employees. I've never seen this cook before so maybe that could be the reason why he was a young African American Man & very unprofessional. I believe the cook was intoxicated he messed up constantly and also asked an employee does he need anything from the liquor store in our face ... very unprofessional.The chicken wings were disgusting which is sad because coachs usually had the best wings in town.I had nothing but good experiences from them until today My pick up order was 4 combos in totalI had two, 8 piece combos spicy lemon pepper. one 8 piece combo Mild lemon pepper. and one 6 piece combo lemon pepper only . ALL extra crispy. ( ALL combos comes with fries and a drink )

DJ the cook is AMAZING! He makes the best wings EVER!!!! definitely the best wings in the AV!

We enjoyed this place, solid three stars. There are a lot of TV's and channels. The wings are great. I was not keen on the chicken taco salad although it was loaded with chicken; something was off. We had to ask for water, but no one offered to refill it. A server spilled ranch dressing on my husband, and they offered him nothing but an apology and a napkin:). Parking is free, security is everywhere, drinks are great, wings are great! Service was variable depending on the person. Chairs were comfortable. You can probably find the game you're looking for here!

Three is a stretch these days. Now, to add to the issues that I have mentioned in the past, Coaches no longer takes call in orders!!??! On line, via the "pay to use" door dash. Just to order for pickup!! Are you kidding me??! Will not make that mistake again. Can't convey anything on the order like "extra crispy", "extra sauce ". Was given, I believe, 3 sticks of celery, 2 carrot slivers, laying in the wing sauce. Thanks. Just not sure how y'all plan on staying in busibess!? Told my wife, next time, wing stop. Arghh.

We tried first time this afternoon and I'm its very unsatisfactory. We wait 40 mins for a 8pcs boneless wings. And when it came it looks like a chicken nuggets and serve cold. Will never come back at all.

It was my first time in here, the wings and drinks were so good! Armando was super nice and very attentive! The people are great, and I love the variety of sports I can watch.
