These guys are the worst They screw up appointments I had an office maneuver tell me to contact her concerning prescription and she was the person writing said prescriptions. Not only is that bad medicine but it's illegal. These fools should be shut down if they can not provide adequate medical service to people with chronic conditions like diabetes Bad medicine

I have no complaints about the doctors and N.P.'s. My complaint is the communication system! CSV needs to do better. When a person says they will update you regarding an important document that needs to be signed they need to follow through. It should not take 2-3 weeks of a client calling and getting told they will leave a message for the correct person and never receiving the call. I am looking for a new practice.

My issue is with all of Clinica Sierra Vista in general and the processes involved in getting a hold of the actual clinic I go to. This is impossible, and calling the Clinic takes you straight to a call center. If you need to give the Dr's nurse a message, or inquire about anything it is not an efficient system. Then there are the referrals. I had to call twice this morning. First person said I did in fact have 3 separate referrals and gave me the Ph#'s and names of the offices related to each referral. Calling those offices they either did not have the referral, or could see part of what was needed to book me an appointment. The lady at the hospital I was trying to make one of the appointments at advised me she has had to call Clinica Sierra Vista several times and request the Dr's orders to help other patients get in for their appointments. She said many patients go through this back and forth and are unable to book their appointments through this process, they have to go into their Dr's office and request a copy of the order to get in for the appointments. This is unacceptable. Many of us are obviously ill and this isn't 1980, there is NO reason this should be so hard. And seeing the Dr, I love the medical professionals and staff at my Dr's office in Wofford Heights! Always friendly and helpful. The only problem I have is that if I have 2 reasons, or more, to see the Dr I am supposed to make an appointment for each. For people like myself with several issues, and a job, this is an impossible request. My health needs are NOT being met fully because of your company's procedures. Procedures that make you tons of money, and leave us without our needs addressed. Do better!!!!
