Thank you Ron and team! Our AC went out... it was 94 in our house. Ron and his team showed up, climbed in the miserably hot attic and diagnosed the problem quick! They were able to get our blower motor going so we had air back into the house. Highly recommend these guys, glad to have a reliable resource out here!

I recently used Climate Control at my house. They serviced my AC quickly. The owner was on time and professional. I would recommend this company over a few other companies in town due to the price and service.

Ripped me off on compressor. My compressor on warranty and still charged me $700. Took 20 minutes - not even exaggerating. I talked to my HVAC friend and found out that it should be minimum 3 hrs because you MUST vacuum the system and they did none of that so my NEW compressor will probably crap out early. I called 3 months down the line and asked to get my system vacuumed. They wouldn't. So never again! Oh yeah. Did not bring any tanks, which means they vented the refrigerant into the atmosphere which is illegal. I reported them to the EPA. I hope they set up a sting and bust them.

I got an appointment right away. They arrived ahead of our appt. time by a few minutes...I was impressed because I had appts lined up for the rest of the day. They were very professional and competent. They have a summer special running right now for $69. Not sure when it expires, but I was glad to have received it. Ron is the owner of this reliable, local, professional, family owned company. The larger companies could take a lesson. Put the customer first!

Called climate Control out to service my unit. I feel they did an excellent job. They met their appointment time perfectly as they said they would. They did not leave any mess behind when they were done. Being disabled and on a fixed income, I called around and they offered the best rate in Bakersfield. Staff was courteous and handled themselves professionally. If you're looking for an honest company to handle your house or business I would recommend them.

I called Climate Control after checking around town for something reasonable and honest. I scheduled an appointment and they were out the same day. Ron was very upfront and honest, told me exactly what the problem was, told me what needed to be done and did it. Stay away! Customer services is horrible! I called to schedule service, a rude guy answered and said they weren't open yet! Not sure if the realize answering service etc exist. I called back an hour later and was greeted with an arrogant guy who acted as if I was lucky to be able to call him. Hung up and called stockdale aire. Stay away.
