Been here twice. We did the wizard room about a month ago (super fun!), and the Billy Bonkers candy room yesterday. The lady working was super helpful and nice, but we left feeling a little let down due to so many issues with the Billy Bonkers room. When we first walked in, the doors to some of the cabinets we had to unlock were already wide open. We could see everything that we were supposed to find before finding it. She had to pause the game and close the cabinet for us (we had no idea the cabinet wasn't supposed to be open since we've never done the room). Then, the same cabinet that was already open beforehand, wouldn't open when we actually did the clue correctly! She had to pause the game again and call someone to figure out how to open it.The room ended up being very fun anyway, but was a different experience than we were hoping for. We will be back, but we hope that the rooms will be ready for us next time! :)

Since Clevr added new rooms since our last visit we decided to head up on Saturday to take on their 3 new rooms. We scheduled back to back to back and started our escape room journey for the day. We had a great time and escaped all 3 rooms though we did need a bit of help in 2 of them, the rooms are great and we had a blast. Billy Bonker's Candy Symposium - great room overall. It has a nice mix of traditional puzzles with some more modern stuff. It's very well decorated and full of fun little surprises. We did manage to escape with about 2 minutes left, we needed a handful of hints to get by though. There is one puzzle that I wish was designed differently. I don't want to spoil anything so I'll just say that it wasn't clear what you were supposed to do and something as simple as adding a small sticker or label to give more clear instructions would make that puzzle so much better. Overall the rooms is still great 4.5/5The List - currently the easiest room they have it's a Christmas themed room that is fun and creative. There are some really fun elements to this room, it's very linear and the puzzles aren't overly difficult. We escaped with almost a half hour remaining so we didn't find the room too challenging, we only needed 1 hint. It's still a very well done room and perfect for beginners. 4.5/5Dracula's Demise - currently their hardest room, we went into this one hoping for the best but we knew it would be tough. The room is 80 minutes instead of the traditional 60 and boy do you need that extra 20 minutes. We got out with roughly 8 minutes left, we didn't need as many hints as we needed in the Candy Symposium room but we did still need a bit of help. The room has some great puzzles in it and some really cool tech puzzles that I enjoyed. Once puzzle is a bit unclear but we were able to finally sort it out, I get why it's designed the way it is but it also creates a lot of confusion. Still loved this room and I think it's their best one right now. 5/5Clevr delivers again, can't wait to see the next chapter of their rooms.

There were some hiccups but Clevr Escape has potential to be great. My large group booked two rooms as a work bonding activity. Reservations were easy to make online and when I had issues and questions, the owner was very kind on the phone. During our session, there was another group that walked in so spontaneous fun was possible too. However, our game master was preoccupied so communication was slow during the game. I personally did the "Lost Treasure of Atlantis" which was labeled as hard difficulty. While the room was doable, I was disappointed in a puzzle that was uncalibrated. This issue resulted in the entire group being stuck for several minutes despite solving the puzzle. The room was formatted in a linear manner so our group of 6 felt very cramped. However I was impressed with the technology incorporated in the latter half of our escape. The room was very dim and there weren't enough lamps for each member of our team. It also didn't help that one lamp died 10 minutes in. The screen and speakers were clear. However our game master took several minutes to get back to us. Hence if you need a hint, wave for help immediately because assistance won't be immediately. The celebratory signs were a bit weathered and smelly. Hopefully these signs can be updated to reflect the themes of the rooms and be laminated to prevent the styrofoam deterioration. The experience was worth the $30 price tag but some changes needed to be made for it to be great.

We completed the vampire rooms. We loved it. Great clues and taught team work. The hostess met all of our needs and stayed on top of our quests. Well worth the price and was an exciting 1.5 hours of no cell phones or computers. Good old fashion "thinking outside the box."

My husband, 7 year old daughter, and 2 teen nephews had a really good time. It's my husband and 7 year old's first time doing escape rooms. They all absolutely enjoyed themselves. My husband is difficult to please, usually, but he enjoyed it so much he said he wanted to go back again. They did the magic academy and were able to complete the mission. The price was excellent compared to other escape room in the area.

Open today at their new location in Visalia on Main Street! Came in and did their virtual reality escape room, Escape the Lost Pyramid, and it was so much fun!!! First time I did VR! The experience is very immersive and allows for fun interactive puzzles. Also I now understand why they are called cleVR Escape... I didn't get that at first. Highly recommend this place. The staff are very friendly, covid precautions are taken in terms of wiping things down and masks, and the games are fun! Can't wait to be back and try their in room live escape rooms and VR games. Great addition to Main Street.

Group of 4.We did the Upside Down Room. It was augmented reality Not gonna lie, I slightly freaked out .Super fun!!!They have lockers for your "stuff", restrooms and awesome signs for pictures (whether you make it or not). They also have a VR section. Maybe we will do that next time .Our host was awesome!!My only suggestion: I wish they had a place where could write down all of our clues. We became so confused
