Claire's Cuts

They might give great haircuts and service once you can get in, but therein lies the reason for my review. Their Customer Service needs a major "tune-up".First complaint: Their business hours stink. It may be convenient for the Owner/Operator(s), but they are certainly not stretching themselves to serve the needs of the average Customer. Most barber shops are open from Tuesday-Saturday, 9-5pm. Their Monday, Weds-Friday schedule is quirky.Second - Most people I know prefer to call ahead and set-up an appointment to ensure they get in & out as quickly as possible without any sitting around time. Again, here the fail. All of my several calls to them, even during their declared business hours go unanswered. There wasn't even an answering machine! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.I always try to spend my hard gained income locally to show support for other locals; but I am just not sure these folks appreciate that sentiment, nor provide reciprocal consideration. I'll have to go elsewhere, once again to their LOSS.

Carmen did a wonderful job on my hair cut and style. I have thick, wavy hair and Carmen knew exactly what to do for my hair type. She was very careful and spent a lot of time making sure I liked it. For a 15 dollar hair cut I gave her a 10 dollar tip I was so happy.

Great cuts! Gonna come back here regularly for sure! Carmen takes her time and does a good job.

I from LA.. moved here 3 yrs ago retired. There I went to supercuts.. Decided to cut all my hair off plus beard... Claire did a quick smooth cut.. very friendly..pleasant... Great job! I can't recommend Her more.... my head is a bit cold now!

Phone doesn't get answered, or calls returned in 48 hours. Just not the way I'm used to business' being run. **guy who got a cut while I was there looked **GOOD** But, me (female) will go elsewhere.
