I was excited to find a place that offered a "natural" lash look.The lady who did my lashes was kind and soft spoken, she was also very gentle. However, she hardly spoke any English, and aside from asking me what lashes I wanted and if I had an appointment, she said nothing else the entire duration.I understand many people prefer a quiet appointment, and I don't mind if she's not much into chatting, but I felt like I couldn't even communicate my needs.She looked at me as I sat to and said "natural?"I asked her what natural would look like, and she pointed to a picture of classic, and said, "natural and classic, same thing."The photo she referenced was a lot professional photo reference and not some of their own work.I liked the way the photo looked, though, as they did look very natural.I do not feel that mine came out like the photo.They are very dark, and all one length, unlike the photo. They also sounded very loud as she brushed them, like hard plastic.I've only gotten lash extensions one other time, years ago, and I was also gifted a small lash brush and told to brush them daily so they don't tangle.I had no other directions here other than to keep dry for 24 hours.Also, I was charged a $2 card fee. I understand if it's necessary, but I would have preferred to know in advance.

Raj has been my brow lady for over 7 years, she's always fast and friendly. I get seen same day as a walk in. Great prices and clean space!

I had such thick brows that I was growing for YEARS. Set back to early 2000s with this job. Extremely disappointed. I've never have a threader take off more without consulting first. She also tried double charging my card. She insisted that I didn't pay even though I showed her that my card was charged. 10/10 do not recommend.

I'm so done with this place. Don't go here unless you want your eyebrows messed up . The lady on the left side on the first chair did my eyebrows last week and she did a horrible job . After she was done she asked me if I like them ?!?! I said no !! she said let me see and she went ahead and said OH YEA THEY DONT LOOK THE SAME ‍. Now I have to wait awhile from them tgrow back to reshape then

Very Fast and Beautiful service that I had to write a review! The woman was so precise at my brows and did them in a way I had never seen before. I guess I am used to the old way of wax but she did it by Threading I guess they call it! It turned out flawless and I couldn't be happier plus it was so cheap! I wanted them done so that I could feel confident at my film shooting in Los Angeles today and the next two days! Well, she made it so much easier to do my make-up because I will do amazing because of this service! Thanks so much! I recommend to anyone who wants to feel beautiful in their own skin and feel like red carpet treatment! They have lots of services too! I will definitely be back because my loyalty belongs to those who are of a good support and aid me in my journey towards becoming a star! She definitely did that!! 110% Recommend!

If I could give absolutely no stars I would. This business did the worst lash extensions on my wife. She came home crying. Her water line was irritated and red from all the poking they did to her waterline when doing her lashes. There were visible clumps of glue. We hope that she can even keep her natural lashes as she doesn't have a lot to begin with and even if they do the "removal service" that they requested for us to pay for. She would have a lot of her natural lashes fall off. Your business is a beauty based industry where you should be helping women not ruining their natural lashes!! DO BETTER!!

I used to go to a different threading salon but after a really good experience with Raj, this will now be my go to salon. She's very meticulous and doesn't rush the process. Thank you, Raj!

I can't say enough good things about City Brow! This has been my spot for about 2 years. I have most of my girlfriends now coming in as well. All the girls in the shop are amazing! My lashes stay on for weeks, and if I'm going on vacay Raj makes sure to load a few more on. They do threading, eyebrow tinting and lash perms. If you don't have an appointment you can always walk in! Love love love City Brow and the girls!

I've gone here previously and I've never had an issue. She was doing my eyebrows and it was stinging more than normal, It hurts so bad I couldn't figure out why until she showed me my eyebrows she CUT me! . I asked her to go back down the middle cause I still had a couple stragglers and she said she already did it and didn't go back over it. I will not being going back any time soon

I got my eyebrows done and they did a fantastic job! The staff was so kind and friendly and completed my service with absolute perfection. I am definitely looking forward to coming back!!
