WARNING FAKE PUFFBARS AND HYPPE BARS SOLD HERE !!! THEY WONT REFUND OR EXCHANGE! BEWARE! WORKERS HERE ARE DISRESPECTFUL!!!! 0/10 for customer service! Just had the worst experience here I think I've ever had at any store ever in my life. Yesterday bought a puff bar and hyppe bar from there and shortly after leaving verified the product legitimacy online. They have stickers on the back with codes you scratch off and go to company website to make sure the product is NOT FAKE! So both products I bought were FAKE! I went back that day and worker said come back tomorrow cuz owner will be in. I came in next day and owner wasn't there and the worker was so rude to me and my friend. He wouldn't call the owner for us, he was yelling at us as if we did something wrong, he seemed to not care at all. After he got done yelling at us for how we were wrong for asking him for refund or money back? Even Though the vape company's can sue a smoke shop for selling their fake products cuz it's illegal to sell fakes! On top of all of this I then proceeded to try and make a purchase even after how horribly I was treated and all of a sudden he says they now are closed. They close at 7 tonight l, even though it was only 6:45, and on google it says 8:00pm and was there night before till 8:00pm. So he literally was just so mad about us asking about the fake products he wouldn't let us buy anything and lied and said he had to start closing.. if he was closing he would have said that right when we walked in not after he tried telling us how wrong we were for tying to get to the bottom of his fake products he is selling!!! He said name is JACK, I am pretty sure he lied about his name though. Owner... if you read this know that this worker treated us horribly and lied and kicked us out when trying to buy products... hopefully you can comment on this to make sure that I know you have seen this... I will be coming back I. Next few days to try to talk to you... thanks

Just an average smoke shop if you're looking for cigars in a much better places. Just saying if you're looking for a Vape shop or some cigarettes no reason to go out of your way stop here if you're looking for fine cigars head out to Cubano's Or Cigars and More.

Great smoke shop. Very clean. So many selections of pipes, cigarettes, cigars and more! Prices are very reasonable.

These guys will go out their way for you. I have been buying my cigars here for about 6 months now, and I've seen a continuous improvement and desire to build a loyal customer base. The smoke collection keeps getting better and they don't over-charge. Buy 4 get the fifth one free.

The service in this store was horrible. All I wanted to do was buy a bong and some butane . Dude did not want to let me look at the bongs and gave me attitude the entire time I was in there. He was on the phone the whole time,Then grabbed the bong I was thinking about buying out of my hands. I told him I was going to go buy my bong some where else and left , lucky for me the smoke shop across the street has a better selection of items. TL;DR store and staff are horrible go somewhere else Cigarette world across the street is better in every aspect.

I used to enjoy going to this store until the new guy came. His name he told me was Najid. I went one day as we do every day and bought cigarettes. This man would not speak. When I asked what I wanted, he got them and stared at me. I told him that was all I needed and he proceeds to tap on the register instead of speaking to me, like I was a dog. I left the store and he proceeded to my car to apologize. I told him no worries. A couple of days later I waited for 15 minutes for him to open, he didn't as the sign said 5 minutes. Who knows how long that sign was up and it was triple digits that day. I had to go to a different store. Another customer that came after me was waiting as well. That customer also came 2 minutes behind me to the other store nearby. Today, my daughter had words with him because the doors were closed again and she tapped on the door because there wasn't a sign. He came out and opened the door. She bought her stuff and left. She went to go back in because she forgot something, locked again. He was rude to her, she was rude as well after her experience with him. When she told me, I called the store to speak to the owner. He told me he was the owner. I knew he wasn't so I hung up after we had words. Unfortunately we spend a lot of money on cigarettes as there are 5 smokers in our home. When Sam or the other employees worked there, it was a pleasure doing business with this store. We have been going to this store for 12 or more years and have recommended several people. I will never step foot in this store again. My business will be going elsewhere as well as the people I have recommended. Not only has he offended my children, he closes 20 or 15 minutes early. My husband had to tell whoever works evenings, if you close at a certain hour, change the time difference on the door. This place is a wreck now that the other employees are gone. Lots of money lost for this store for certain! Unfortunately we haven't ran into the owner to let him know!
