I'm changing my review from 3 stars to 5. They got rid of the gal that was lazy and had a horrible attitude. The workers there are knowledgeable and deserve a raise for their great customer service.

My favorite cigar spot in Bakersfield! I ALWAYS make it a priority to stop here every chance I get passing through. Atmosphere is awesome especially chatting with the ladies. I always catch Lynn when I come through (she's AWESOME!) Best prices, great selection and great people! Nobody would be disappointed.

This place is Pretty amazing, in my opinion it's probably the best cigar shop I've seen thus far in Bakersfield. It's beautiful , elegant and has that vintage feel to it with A great variety or selection. However the Cashier was very unpleasant, and unprofessional. I only asked maybe 3 questions throughout my visit and she seemed very irritated with my questions. I asked where I can find a Blondie Cigar because it was my first time there, I asked what was the best way to keep the cigars fresh because they were for a thanksgiving gathering and final if I could buy a humidity pack. Instead of showing me where the cigar was she pointed and I was lost. She was not attending anyone at the time either. Her demeanor was very negative and rude, i didn't want to asked anymore questions. I do not know her name but she seemed of Asian descent. This place would be a hit if she were to be properly retrained in Customer service, have a better attitude or to simply replace her. This place is amazing once again , the amount of stock they have is incredible so is the variety.

been smoking here for years and love this place. Trina is the best, Francisco is too(reason for 5 stars). BUT, I called today looking for a cigar and the "girl" who answered was very rude, like she had better things to do other than HER JOB. As she handed the phone to Francisco she can be heard in the background saying "that guy just F##kin called 5 mins ago". Francisco did a great job looking for the cigar I wanted.

I've been coming to this place since they first opened. They amazed me when they had one of the hugest humidors in Bakersfield at the time fully stocked. Now my dad visits them often. They're always willing to help and give advice or suggest cigars. Always friendly, prices are decent. Right now I'm enjoying one of these factory smokes maduro that a gentleman working there suggested, it's pretty dang good and very smooth. Thank you!

I have been coming to this establishment for over 6 years. The shop has excellent customer service especially from the wonderful women that runs the counter.

I have been to this shop a couple of handfuls of times in the last 2 years. I have had one good experience here. For the majority of my visits there is a lady working who vould care less about customer service. Today I made it into the humidor, spoke with a few customers and was only acknowledged by the person working when I engaged them. On my visits I have been followed into the humidor and told I was pacing too much ( deciding between dirty rat and leaf by oscar) and had the cigars I had in my hand taken and held at the register. Today was the last straw for me. I asked to use the restroom, which as a "lounge" I'm convinced the people sitting and smoking are privy to and was denied because I had not yet purchased anything. With this particular associate, a Hawaiian looking lady possibly ( I vaguely remember discussing this with her on one of my numerous visits) I have been consistently left feeling like I don't fit the profile that deserves service. Go to cigars mas Fino. They know what they are doing. **update** got this message a little after posting this review...
