Cigarette Outlet No 2

I come in here pretty regularly. They have a lot of things I need for vaping and among other things. I come in with some friends to buy "Puff Bars" which usually is once in a great while. One day I bought a "Puff Bar" and got to the car it doesn't work. Go back in.. it's still doesn't work. He try's it and his friends. It doesn't work. He goes talks to his mom, I have to pay AGAIN for the damn thing that doesn't work. They were making pa again. Hell nah, I turned them in for selling Fake stuff and Puff bars. If you go to this place watch out they are shady and this place is HIGHLY priced. T-Town has Puff bars cheaper and better! I highly highly recommend going there at least you don't get ripped off!
