I am happy with my small Speaker with big sound. Thank You Cigarette House.

It seems that every item I purchase from this business is either already broken or quits working within the same day of purchase. Example 1: I purchased a refillable lighter that stopped working after the first cigarette I lit. When brought up to the owner who was working at the time, his response was "You already purchased it. It sparked when you tried it in the store." Slightly unprofessional? Mind you, I brought in the lighter for an exchange of a new one the SAME day of purchase...Example 2: We purchased a torch to help light things when it was windy outside. The next day, it stopped working. When attempted to refill the torch, take a guess..it didn't work!! Response from worker the very next day after purchasing was "You already purchased it. You'll have to pay for a new one!" Example 3: Purchased a box of the cigarette filters and every last one didn't function. It was impossible to breath anything through them. And terrible scheduling. The place is supposed to be open from 9am-10pm and half the time when going in the mornings, doors are locked without a single worker in sight until about 9:15-9:30am. Plus they consistently close before closing time, even when a worker tells you "Oh we're open very late. Later than most shops, stop by at 10pm and I'll be here!"By the way, they don't wear masks, they don't wear gloves, they do not temp. check, and their hand sanitizer next to the register is ALWAYS empty. Overall experience was just terrible. Terrible customer service. Terrible products. Just terrible. I recommend Smoke Scene right down the way! Head down Olive Dr. towards the freeway and you'll find their very clean, very efficient and quick serviced business right next door to the Starbucks on the corner!
