Cigarette Depot

Went to go drop off a ups package and parked in an available spot with faded paint which read compact parking which is fine because my car is compact. Apparently the rest of the faded paint says "cig depot" and the man standing outside told my boyfriend, "hey a**hole that's cig depot parking only." My boyfriend wasn't the one driving either. Repaint your signage if you wanna be able to enforce parking.

If I could give this place a negative I would unfortunately I have to give them a one star I went and politely asked if they sold some cars and matches the guy was very rude said no didn't even say I'm sorry and then I told him them not very nice matter you don't have to be rude then he proceeds to curse me out and tell me to get the fuck out of his store unbelievable stay away from this place I don't know how they're still open and running a so-called business what a way to talk to the lady

I went to Lancaster to visit my Mom who lives in an "assisted living" facility. I went to the "Cig Depot" to buy her two cartoons of her favovite menthol cigarettes (which will last here over four months). The young women who worked there was unable to get my credit card to work because, either: 1) she was impatient, 2) she didn't know how the credit card reader worked, or 3) her long finger nails were pressing keys in error. She ran my credit card so many times that it was turned off, and I later recieved a call from my card's "security department" to confirm activity. I ultimately completed my $100+ transaction with my bank's debit card. Cigarettes are expensive, train your employee's, and make them have fingernails that allow them to operate the equipment. Until that time, I recommend customers show up with CASH.

Owner is very rude I wasn't in there not one min and he told me to hurry up if I'm going to buy. Because he was eating. Very rude. Most of his juice is expired. Don't go to this place. If you are looking for vape juice. Go to Vic's vicious vapes. In the same shopping center. Way Better. Great service nice guys.
