Went in asking for coils, she said she had no idea what I was taking about. She told me to take it apart and bring back in the coil alone. I told her I'd be right back being that it's a messy process. Go back in after about two minutes and she's sticks this sign in the door. Definitely won't be returning.

Came in asking questions and they were not friendly at all. They act like you're bugging them. Go to Luxor Vape. Much friendlier and better options.

I was in a hurry picking up paper wrap not tabaco, Long story short I'm never coming back to the store and you shouldn't either because he looks like he doesn't need the money anyways and I look like I am way more than 25 so go shove it down there never coming back to the store.

I read the awful reviews but decided to try it anyway. The guy who helped me was totally friendly & chatted with me while ringing me up. There were a couple other people in the store getting helped too. It was nice experience & I will definitely go back.

This place is as bad as a bad joke. Went in to buy a box of cigars for a Christmas present for my uncle. They had the brand he likes but the box was halfway. I asked the saleswomen (the owner's wife) if she had a full box. Looking at me like she was bothered she got on her hands and knees looking for one at the BOTTOM of the display with no luck. So okay I grabbed the box out and put it on the counter and told her that I'm going find 10 more cigars so I can fill up the box. Then she gives me a strange glare and says, "No, you can't keep the box because my husband collects them!" Ok so before I was able to say I'll buy the box itself she took it and put it back on the display and I got that same glare and she said, "Just tell me what you want to do!" WOW WTF Well, I know what I'm going to do is that this sale would of costed me about $120.00 and I just walked right on out the same place I walked in. I been to almost every cigar place in town and I never had this kind of an issue. Went to Cubano down the street and they took care of me plus I save $20. So actually her rudeness acted in my favor anyways. So Cigar Town , "YOU GOT SMOKED OUT OF A SALE!" And yes, there is no place to smoke inside either. Thank you Cubano Cigars for your help.
