Been a customer for 18 years , usually my first choice , friendly , affordable, professional , recommend .

Very positive place to come to. They are more expensive than online but that is a given. They are quite less than places in the rest of California. They have great stock for vape products and parts. They have an assortment of juice and cigs. They have great staff. Only really had one guy and another gal work with me and both are amazing. Today she tried to ensure I found my coil and was even willing to order it for me. But we found one that works. On top they have a rewards program which offers nice cash back for purchase discounts.

I come here for vape stuff and for a "smoke shop"they are always pretty knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. And their prices are comparable to the vape shops in the area.

Let's start with the fact that they are extremely overpriced which really never was an issue for me the issue was more about how rude this lady actually is I was looking to buy a $60 rig asked her if she can take the ball and trade it out for a different bowl and a very rude way she said that is not happening so I told her that I do not want to purchase the rig she lost a $60 purchase because she rather be a rude individual spit down on people Most smoke shops will trade out the bowls especially if it's going to save a sale But she chose to lose a cell over a six dollar bowl will not be returning

I bought a product that turned out to be defective. Upon returning within 20 minutes of purchase, I was told that in order to exchange for another product I would have to wait until the owner was back in the country. The product was never used. As a first time customer, I was disappointed that the manager on duty didn't even care to try to find a solution, I mean isn't that what the manager is there for?

Staff is really chill, a very good selection of bongs, blunt raps, pipes, and everything else you need for smoking

Everyone here is really nice. They have a ton of stuff. Many vape flavors and styles. Love it.

I love going here! I especially want to shout out the girl that works there. Brown hair, super pretty (I don't know her name:/). She is so dang friendly and helpful. 100% to all my experiences here:). Thanks for amazing service

Would have been a 5 star but I am disappointed that despite a sign that says no mask no service that they let people in with no mask.

Terrible customer service. The young store manager is extremely rude, childish and dishonest. Tried to overcharge me above the store price. The store sticker price for that item (batteries for a vape) was $12.99. He tried to sell them to me for $19.98. When I asked him to see the sticker, he erupted and kicked me out from the store. When the young store manager is there, watch for your wallet!
