I stopped by the shop today and found that Greg was very friendly and really knew his products. The store was really nice and had an excellent selection.

The service was lovely, but I only have a problem with the products. I bought a Puff XXL and a Puff Plus, and I went to verify the codes on the puffbar.com website. Both codes came out as counterfeit so beware! Plus the quality is terrible compared to the official Puff bars.

This is a fantastic new shop. I just moved to the area and these guys & gals are super cool. Kudos!

I have been going to this shop for over 4 years and have all my friends go there, and have NEVER been treated the way I was today. I'm not one to leave reviews about anything but the new guy (bigger Hispanic guy) is a terrible employee. Overcharging for things all the while on a personal phone call, and when I bring it up to him politely he got aggressive and tells me he will take the product back and for me to go somewhere else. This was a place that I went to 4-5 times a week, dealing with many employees all the time (Austin and David were BY FAR the best employees), I will no longer be going here or having any friends go here. If that is how your employee would like to conduct himself while representing your store. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Hands down the best shop I've ever had the pleasure of going to. Greg is the absolute best!!! He has the such an amazing energy and great attitude!! Greg totally made my wife and my day by just being a kind, bright human being. Best shop and people!!
