The best customer service I've had in awhile. They always bring up the items you purchase to your vehicle, no matter how heavy. When I've had issues with some products, they are always willing to satisfy the customer. Love their selection and their prices.

My puppy was attacked by a large dog and had a huge bump on his head above his eye and his eye was completely swollen shut. He had an infection and I tried to take him to the vet but no appointments were available for a few days so we went here and they prescribed an eye ointment and penicillin shots for our puppy and this eye ointment worked so well! What would have cost us hundreds of dollars at the vet cost us about 100 bucks in total and it absolutely saved my puppy's. Thank you guys so much , I highly recommend this place for your animals care!

Very sparse selection. Sold me Cat food when requested dog food. ( Paid at counter and they loaded in my car). Got home and realized their mistake. When called to advise, owner was unapologetic and rude. I don't care how far I have to drive for good customer service, it won't be here again!
