Mina always has the most beautiful grazing boards at galas, parties, and business functions. Her selections are the perfect combination of sweet and savory with only the best quality ingredients. I reached out to Mina because I was planning on taking my staff on the Notorious Bakersfield Driving Tour and I asked her if she could come up with something tasty for each of us to nibble on during the tour. All I can say is you are missing out if you haven't experienced Charcuterie by Mina. I've been to a few events in which she has a beautiful displays of yumminess. Each one never the same. Most recently, my husband and I brought a shareable charcuterie box I ordered for our Valentine's Day road trip. Layers of varied goodness. This was an absolute treat today!
