I had a really old, kinda gross HVAC system that needed replacing. So I went online and AJ responded to me first, scheduling a time that same evening to come and take a look at my HVAC. When he arrived he was very professional, gave me a quote for the replacement, and told me explicitly what was wrong with the old one. I was incredibly impressed and scheduled him to replace it that day. He immediately ordered the system and kept me informed through the entire process. On the day of installation, he arrived on time, and replaced the entire HVAC in very little time (outdoor compressor and indoor furnace and everything!), he even hauled away the old HVAC and cleaned up after himself, which I felt was just above and beyond. Great professionalism and service. I have had this HVAC in for 3 months with no issues and it even connects to my Google Home! Great service!

What an outstanding job AJ and his crew did. We needed some larger units for our home and he was very knowledgeable about the sizes and layout for the ducting. Very easy to work with and came out every day until the job was complete. Very impressed that he can out on Christmas Eve to fit us in the schedule. Definitely recommend for HVAC systems. They will give you a very reasonable quote which is always good.

Don't recommend this service. I had a first appointment at 4:30pm to check my heater but he showed up at 5:30. He said "We need to change the motor". The price went from $1.250 to $850, then last $650. The second appointment to change it at 3pm, not showing up and change to the next day morning. Everything done in that day. After almost 3 weeks, my heater stopped working. He came and checked again. He said the part to hold the motor was broken. We need to change it for $550 plus tax. But the reason is he did not good job when replaced the motor that made the holding broke. That's his fault. But he said that different problem not him. If don't trust him call someone else do it. OmgI just remembered I had a friend from the other city do this job. I send him the model of my heater so he can buy the holding.He drove 2 and haft hours to come here to help me.Finally my house is warm again.He told me only 1 price for the motor $100-$120.And the holding $250.I'm happy to give my friend the amount that guys charge me.

AJ came out to give us a diagnosis on why our heater wasn't working. He was very responsive on messaging him on yelp. I have young children so it's hard to make phone calls all the time.

I wish I had listened to the previous review and not gone with this company. I had to hire a new company who had to correct this company's mistakes and they fixed the problem right away. I gave Certified AC almost 400 dollars to be told that my AC still doesn't work and he would have to replace the whole system for thousands of dollars. Beware this company charges you even if they don't fix the problem. I had to pay for their mistakes. This company clogged my pipes and the new company had to drain the clog and put in new refrigerant. Certified AC did not have a clue what was wrong with my AC unit. I was told 3 different things. 1st I was told it was a leak, then I was told I needed to replace a part and the AC still didn't work and I was out 369 dollars and lastly I was told I needed to replace the entire system for thousands of dollars. My AC was fixed in under an hour for a few hundred dollars by another AC company. It was just a broken part.

Angel came out to service my air conditioning and heating unit and did an amazing job. He was very professional, kept his work clean, and prompt. I highly recommend to call this company. By far best service I've received from any company ever.

Highly recommended! After more than a month of no AC in our home due to our home warranty not providing us service, we decided to pay out of pocket. After doing some research, we narrowed it down to them. From the first visit our tech was friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and never made us feel pressured. As soon as we decided to hire their services they moved fast and always kept is updated. They installed a new unit and working platform and in less than a week we were back in our house. Fast, great price, great customer service.

Of course my air conditioner goes on the fritz on one of the hottest days! I was able to get an appointment at 6 pm on a Wednesday evening. I escaped to a cooler place until the appointment. I was kept informed. He arrived right on time after calling and confirming he was on his way. I was afraid my unit was beyond repair but with his many years of experience he thought of a way to fix it. The repair went smoothly and though it was not cheap, he kept the cost as low as possible and it was less than others would have charged. Unit is working fine now. I am very pleased with everything about this company. Great to do business with!!
