Colin was our wedding officiant this past weekend and we were so pleased with his services. We barely met with him a week prior to our wedding, but it felt like he knew us for longer. We had no idea what we were going to do for our ceremony, but he walked us through it and took some time to ask us a few questions to get to know our story. He was able to tell our story in a sweet theatrical way that made it sound better than it really is and that way he kept all our guests entertained. He arrived on time and was fully prepared to conduct our ceremony with complete professionalism. He gave us the idea to have one of our friends who is a singer sing during our ceremony and that was so beautiful. He was also able to help us incorporate our little doggy as our ring bearer. Everyone complimented us afterwards that we had a short and sweet ceremony that they loved!

Colin is such an incredible person! You can trust your plans with Colin will go well actually they will be more than you anticipated!!! I contacted him with a 24 HOUR NoTice!!!(((( I do not advice this)))) Not only did he make it happen but he did it with a smile on his face and he was so wonderful that he made quite an impression on my family and friends. We had our ceremony at the Observatory and with traffic and going up the hill we arrived almost two hours late and he was there waiting with a smile =} he conversed with everyone he even helped my friend up the stairs with her stroller!?@ ((((only a kind hearted person does that))))We got really lucky with him and we are happy to announce that when we have our bigger ceremony if GOD is willing, we would want no other officiant than him to marry us again!! Thank you so much for your wonderful services Colin I will definitely be raving about you to everyone I know.

My wedding was this past Saturday and Colin was AMAZING!!! We first met with him about a month or so before the wedding (we planned the entire wedding in a month and a half). Colin does not accept every couple he meets. He explained that he only marries couples that he feels can "go the distance" so to speak (which made us even happier that he took us on). It definitely gives you a super good feeling that a stranger can automatically feel the love between you and your partner. Anywho, right when we met him it felt like we were already long time friends. The way he got us speaking about our relationship felt more like we were bragging about each other than answering his questions. It took just that one meeting for him to come up with the most amazing ceremony ever. We did not want anything very traditional. My husband wanted to write his own vows but I definitely did NOT want that pressure so we compromised by having Colin come up with questions that he would ask us during the ceremony. We had no clue what the questions would be beforehand. Colin was super accommodating and seemed really excited about this change in direction. We threw curveballs (not on purpose!) at Colin up until the day of the wedding but you wouldn't have known it from how he spoke. We got along with Colin so well that we even had him stay for the reception. And we liked him SO MUCH that we treated him as a guest after the ceremony instead of our officiant. We not only got an amazing officiant but we also got to add an amazing person to our lives. What he wrote was perfect for us. It felt like we had a friend marry us and not a stranger (albeit a friend with amazing writing and storytelling skills!).Also, apparently I had a gigantic hornet in my veil as I was walking down the aisle!!! Colin somehow stuck his hand in my veil while my Maid of Honor was flicking it and got it (the hornet) away! And all without me knowing what was going on!!!! According to him, he was willing to die at that moment to save me lol. Thank you Colin for being an amazing person.

The only way I can describe Colin is WONDERFUL! I first reached out to Colin a week, YES A WEEK, before our wedding. Emergency circumstances resulted in us moving our wedding from Santa Barbara to Long Beach in less than a week. Unfortunately our original officiant was unable to travel to Long Beach, so I was on the hunt for a GOOD officiant. I didn't just want 'anyone'. I called a few different people, but Colin definitely stood out among them all. He took the time to really get to know us in just the week before our ceremony. We chatted on the phone, emailed back and forth and we even had a Skype session since we were unable to meet in person prior to the ceremony. He took a little bit of what we already had planned and put his special touch to it and our ceremony was absolutely perfect! Colin traveled to our ceremony with no issues, was on time, and was a wonderful officiant. Loud, clear, and you could tell he clearly took the time to get to know "US" and our little family. I can't thank him enough for being so professional, loving and just wonderful. He has even checked up on us a couple times since the wedding (to ensure we didn't have any questions about our marriage license etc.). If you are looking for a professional officiant who is willing to give you the ceremony YOU want, then Colin is the right choice! Thanks again Colin, we will always remember the wonderful ceremony you performed for us!

Having Colin officiate our wedding was one of the best things that could have happened to us it was the most amazing ceremony it was so beautiful all our friends were amazed and even before the actual day of the wedding he always kept in communication with us we video chat he wanted to make sure that he knee more about us that he knew our background story , how we met so he knew what to say the day of the ceremony and man did he nail it it was so beautiful everything that he said he was so professional he was just amazing overall, Colin is the type of wedding officiant that you want to keep as a friend.

CEREMONIAL BIRD!! Colin was such an integral part of our special day! He truly cared about making our wedding personal and one that we will remember for the rest of our lives!
