Central California Pain Management

Albeit I placed the call 15 minutes before they close.. but they left me on hold and never answered my phone call.

WOW!!! the reviews are really discouraging. But when you take care of so many hundreds of people there's bound to be a few that have issue. I see Dr. Weiss. I think the world of them they really want to help. I have suffered so much, but I find much relief from the procedures. I've been seeing them now for several years.

FRAUD, MALPRACTICE, LIARS and THIEVES!! By far one of the worst doctors offices in the world. I have gone to third world countries and had better doctors and staff. The doctors have no clue how to treat their patients. They all come in for 30 seconds and are out before you can say a word. They threaten patients, they bill for things that they don't do, and they take your money without even charging your insurance or keeping the correct insurance on file. When you try to ask for help and ask for actual treatment and not just a 30 second visit they pretend to not know English. They bounce you from "Dr. M" to "Dr. Parmar" to "Dr. Paxton" to their newest doctor a young woman who isn't even a doctor.If you go here double check your billing and your insurance. They are more than likely scamming you too. I urge you to stop going to this place. Find another doctors office to go to. Find a place that isn't committing FRAUD and MALPRACTICE. It may save your life.

First time here, very clean, friendly, and peaceful atmosphere. I was in & out within 1.5hrs. Amazing staff amazing results.

I have had mostly positive experiences here but on my last appointment they scheduled me more than a month out and said I could call and request a refill no problem. I have tried calling in the past 2 days, was on hold for up to an hour each time then hung up on. The med refill line is an automated message asking you to leave a message but the mailbox is full. I will run out of my meds in a few days and I don't know what to do. This is unacceptable.

First of all, the doctor I have been seeing for the last couple of years is Wonderful. He listens and answers any questions you have. I don't really know who directs the staff but they really need to be let go if they cant respect the patients and what they go through. I didn't ask to have pain that requires me to see a pain specialist but I do. I have always followed their rules regarding refilling medications, though depending on who you talk to, the rules change. And now with the virus regulations on cleanliness, it is concerning that no one keeps the bathrooms clean. When I brought that up, I was told that everyone there are MA's so there is no one that keeps the bathrooms clean...WHAT???

He might be a good doctor, but his office staff has got to be one of the worst in town so rude and unhelpful.. the girls in the front desk obviously are there for a paycheck. They're not there to help the patients.. but because of the DOJ's laws this office is gonna allow these employees to keep treating us this way... all they wanna do is get new clients so they can bring the money and they're not worried about their patients at all.. this is definitely only in business because of the DOJ..... and it's sad because they're being paid to treat us this way..

I had the worse and most uncomfortable experience in my 5 something years of going to Central California pain Management with Dr. Weiss. Every few months they will do a urine test and I knew i was due for one so I asked the nurse was I testing because I had to use the bathroom. She took me to my room and said she'll bring me a cup in a few and I said okay. She brought me the cup and I went in the bathroom i've been using for the last 5 years and all of a sudden im coming out the bathroom and hear Dr. Weiss arguing at the nurse saying "she can use the outside bathroom from now on".! so I say "is he referring to me" he walks away and the nurse apoligizes to me again and again and stated he was un a bad mood keep in mind it was 8am. They say believe people when they show you who they are and Dr Weiss definitely showed his true colors this day. I never want to see him again and im going to do it purposely and use that same bathroom every one eles uses

4/2/2022 Saturday.I'd like to take the time to apologize for my very first review of pain management it was a little hasty.Because I've been going there now since last year it was only my first visit that wasn't very good but I guess it was because they were so overwhelmed with so many new clients being moved to them.So I apologize pain management, because every time I've been there since it's been wonderful you guys are treated me like a million dollars I I really enjoy you guys thank you so [email protected]. 5 out of 5.

Doctor Washington is a Great Doctor and I am very pleased with her care and the care of her PA Nurse named Josephine. As for Dr. Washington's staff that's another thing. Jessica and Sidney are both Rude, talk too fast and too close to the phone and get all upset when I ask them to repeat what they just said. When I call them they Never answer the phone so I leave a message and they do Not get back to me. After visiting with Dr. Washington's PA Josephine and Josephine refills my prescription and sends it to Jessica to call the Pharmacist Jessica does Not call in my refill prescription.
