Catering By Charlie

Don't be deceived by the ""Catering" part of the name. They make excellent sandwiches and offer great daily specials. The owners are also super friendly. I used to be quite the regular when I worked in the area many years ago, and upon a recent return was recognized once again. A nice feeling, but has little to do with how good the food is.

We always use Charlie because he is the best! Much care is taken when he prepares his catering order from a full course staffed event to a simple business lunch. Every dish is made with the freshest ingredients and beautifully prepared. Charlie is always on time and provides so much more than you budgeted for. Highly Recommended.

Had Charlie cater a baby shower for me today and he did a wonderful job. His pricing is fantastic. Will use him again and highly recommend this caterer.

I highly recommend Charlie! I just recently used his team for our engagement party with 130 people at Bridgeport. The food was amazing and so was the service. His team was incredible professional and I honestly have no complaints. He went above and beyond to meet my (high) expectations. Outstanding caterer! Charlie is very knowledgeable about food, including current tastes and trends. The ingredients he uses are top notch and extremely fresh. We trusted him to provide all of the food for a large shower. Our guests loved the sweet and sour meatballs, mac and cheese, pasta salad, Chinese chicken salad, and big trays of assorted sandwiches made with different breads and generous portions of meat. Charlie is a delight to work with, so eager to do what's best for the event and what's right for the number of guests. He is also courteous. His website may look old school and modest, but he can put together all kinds of cuisine and delivers the highest quality food at reasonable prices. This catering company is housed in The Sandwich Shop, a local secret that has loyal customers, especially from the movie studios and other businesses in the industrial park.

Catering by Charlie did an amazing job for my Father In Laws memorial, the food was fresh and his home made bread is delicious! He went above and beyond for us and everyone loved his salads and presentation. Thanks Charlie

Catering By Charlie has been doing events for several different organizations I am affiliated with for many years. Charlie and his team always do a great job and certainly provide the best value of any in the Santa Clarita Valley. Their food is excellent and the freshly carved accents they always add to the buffet lines are unique and beautiful. Charlie is flexible, and always able to meet our needs even when the budget is tight.
