As someone who has been going to sketchy storefronts, this is a very warm welcome. Though it's not like other store fronts, this one is a "dealer to store" so dont expect to be able to look and smell the flowers. Also the deals are too insane not to pass on. I usually have a small personal liking selection like Stiiizy, Plug, Punch, St.Ides, Dr Norm and if they dont have one they have another. Other places would have (example:) St. Ides for $14.99 +tax while you can buy 2 for that at Catalyst. Or a 1gram Stiiizy POD for $50-$60 at other locations but $20 total at Catalyst. Even when i have to drive 15-20min i still do it because i know Im leaving with a smile

Went in at 7:30pm. This was my first time here.Wait time was about 45 minutes. Finally reached the product room and still waited another 15 minutes. Their card reader went out when i went to pay, and the bud tender (Stephanie) was really patient with the problem. I decided to try and pull out money from their ATM, but the machine ran out of money that second. The manager in charge took another 15 minutes to add money. The machine didn't work for me and he said "to figure out another way myself" with attitude. Horrible service and horrible handling of problems.The budtender Stephanie was nice enough to let me try multiple times until the purchase finally went through their machine. She was the only positive thing about the experience.I suggest hiring people that don't get easily thrown off by problems that are being caused by their store and acting unprofessional to customers. Patience would help, especially if you have people waiting for longer than 30 minutes to enter a room that's gonna have THEM waiting another 15-20 minutes.

I went in today bought a little under $500 I had a really good bud tender by the name of sally. One of the best bud tender I have ever had very knowledgeable on every product that I asked her about. Super friendly I'll definitely be coming back just to say hi to her store was super clean and organized.

As much as I love this location, I'm very disappointed in the management as well as the team effort to give people the bare minimum experience. I live on the other side of town so I'm sure to always check weed maps and call to make sure that they have the inventory whether it says "low stock" or not. Unfortunately this is now the second time I've come into the dispensary and have called to make sure (first time with a manger) they have what I had and they didn't. It's annoying because not only is it inconvenient- but its because I put in a order online already and when I spoke to the manager whom was a shorter, light skin woman she had kept going back on her word as to why this situation kept happening. She first stated it was because the front end ppl can't go to the floor (understandable) but then she said they check on their devices to first see if they have it thennn call the ppl who WORK on the floor to check .... So if that is the case why did they tell us both times they had it I asked her. She had a response to yet again go on her word and say well sorry they check on their device and it says it's there and they will say we have it (as if she didn't just say they have someone on the floor make sure) but next time ask for a manager to check and I told her I did that the first time... it's just so upsetting because it's really not much that I am asking for as a consumer. It's the bare minimum and that's what's so frustrating.
