Castaic Lake RV Park

Needed a one night stay to rest up. I'm not the type of driver to rush to my destination. This RV park filled the need to do just that. Rest! It's very tight spaced meaning you are quite close to your neighbors. Maneuverability is not an issue, but tighter than the norm when driving through the park. Primarily it's the home of many full time residents. They have a dog park area at the entrance and the grounds is well kept. That's a plus. I'd return if there was a need in the future, but can't help but to compare to other parks I've been to for the price point. I do appreciate that it is just down the street from the Pilot Travel Center.

Absolutely a great RV park. Super easy online reservation, great price (thank you for military discount), rv sites clean and spacious with excellent hook ups, jacuzzi and pool sparkling, bathrooms and private shower space with attached changing space clean!! Laundry room clean and in great working order. What I loved most about the spirit of this family owned business is that they are good hearted and not gauging us like all the other rv parks in California. They have everything you need here to refresh! I have never stayed here before because of some of the bad reviews and I am so glad I gave it a try because I see those "folks" reviews for who they are - "disgruntled individuals". Brian is a great guy BTW. Spoke to him about the history of this park. Definitely my pass through stop over.

This place is a great spot to come and spend time with family pet friendly and every yet they have events and gatherings I give it five stars

Nice little park for an overnight stop. Convenient off of Hwy 5. Grocery stores and restaurants a couple off ramps south. Pretty packed. Mostly permanent rigs. Hoping the area survived the fires of 1-24-25

We had truck trouble while towing our RV out of Santa Clarita. We called Castaic Lake RV Park at 5:45 (they close at 6). They got us a spot and helped us once we arrived, even though we were cutting it close. Park was clean and everyone was very nice. You guys are awesome. Thanks again for the help!

People are cluttering their RV spots. Many look trashy. A lot of full timers and there seem to be no rules about keeping r v spots clean and nest.

Best price for propane. Very clean area and great customer service. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

They seem to always be doing something to upgrade the park. it's great to see them investing back into the business. I want to stay at a place where they care as much about my stay as I do. They definitely care here. --Kevin Gold

The response says it all. I am one of many that receive responses like this. It is sad that the owner doesn't invest more in customer service training. Personal experience and reviews by others support the claim that the manager here has displayed hostility, discrimination, and anger on more than a few occasions. He lashes out at customers when they voice their dissatisfaction with the customer service they receive. There is a proper way to conduct yourself when in management and defending yourself, the manager here clearly doesn't understand that. The grounds themself are just like anywhere else and the north side had a big rat problem but that is expected in a lot of areas open like that.

I needed a last minute stay after my RV blew a tire and Castaic Lake RV Park came to the rescue. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They even made sure to give me a good spot that would be easy for the tow truck drop off. The facilities are clean and occupants friendly. A big shoutout to Eugene who went above and beyond to make sure our unexpected stay was pleasant! Next time I'm in the area, this is for sure where I'll be staying
