My friends and I always have a great time here. Love the mirrors, love the pole, and the fact we can dance on it. Wish the cage was back and the go-go dancers on the blocks. I haven't seen any shows. There were only 2 bartenders so service was slow but that is to be expected. We did pre-game before getting to the club. I have been early when the entrance fee was free and around midnight, it did cost 10$. The photos should be updated, to be honest.

Im just gonna say this casa blnca has a lot of potential at the same time it has a lot of room for improvement. Lets start with the main focus.Cover charge. For a place thats mostly open almost everyday and they charge everytime per person 10-15 dollars is kinda pricey i suggest you work out an idea were free before 9pm after 10 dollars if 18 yrs or older and 5 dollars if 21 and up do something like that mix it up on days you know that are going to be good nighta charge more.Age. We all know every club has favorites but why not just make it right then. Let 18yr olds go in and 21 yr olds wear those bracelets thats what many clubs in LA do to seperate if a minor is drinking and it does bring in more revenue and makes it more safer for does of age.For the main attraction. Music wise switch it up latin music is ok but play edm house techno a little of everything and dont make it reusable always freshen it up. Speakers have got to go. Those things do not work more like cause headaches for a plce that charges so much yeah you need to invest in a better system. That will bring in more people as well. Drinks. Yours drinks are pricey and not worth it for so little. That is why many people leave or get there drunk. Get yourself new bartenders with a new drink menu obvi still keep some of the old one but make them better not saying make them big but just a little better. Invest in quality of wmployees as a gay club people wanna see cute gay guys and hot big titty girl not patty from oildale and sam her cousin while they are working the pole. You need to invest in really good healthy looking waiters/busser's so they can attract more customers. And lastly the shows. Dont just bring anyone just because they are someone drag daughter interview those girls. Make sure they look good if its a regular night if your gonna have a dedicated night to amatur dragqueens then do it where they compete for a few hours hosted by a dragqueen. But all im saying is please bring in real dragqueens like raven, trixie, alaska, you get the point.Ive been to many good and great clubs but not as bad as these.

I like the Casablanca. Despite its shortcomings, it "feels" like a small town gay bar to me, and I like that. The music is too loud, but there is a constant vibe that keeps you dancing. The drinks cost too much and the bathrooms are strange, but the sweaty energy of the weekend crowd is perfect for a barhopping crowd. It's almost always packed, and the dance floor is full. The drag shows are a lot of fun. I don't go out to bars much, but the Casa is my usual choice.

Extremely rude bartender spent the entire night frantically prancing around like a chicken with his head cut off and a stick up his end. The place wasn't even busy, maybe 4 people on dance floor and 20 people in the whole venue. He walked away multiple times in the middle of an order, had everyone in my party get up so he can move the tables a foot, had us all lift up our drinks so he could adjust a table he thought was wobbly (it wasn't at all). It seemed like he was trying to look super busy when there was nothing going on. When I suggested that he should just relax, he pouted, hands on hips, stuck a finger in my face. Chill out, princess, you're one of three bartenders in a mostly empty night club, acting all stressed like you're a chef for Gordon Ramsay during a grand opening. I literally got up and left at that moment, I just couldn't take his melodrama any longer. Never going back.

It is truly hit or miss. As with most clubs/bars the amount of enjoyment can be attributed to your groups ability to have fun. Being said, my friends and I can have fun almost anywhere. Pro's:Big designated dance floor. MirrorsDance cageSmoking/chatting area separate from dancing areaCons: Cover charge is annoyingMixed drinks aren't great Interior could use a good cleaningOverall, it's not bad. Not great by any means. But with what Bakersfield has to offer, one can't be too picky.

This place leaves a lot to be desired. Came here visiting family in December after moving to NYC in summer of 2014 and since it was my first time back in over a year, I wanted to see if anything changed. Sadly, nothing has changed. And they still have no one who can make a dirty martini. Living in NYC, you see a lot of possibilities and it makes one realize things can be so much better, but this place exemplifies the area it's in: stagnate, uninspired, and suffering from a bit of delusion. I get that it's one of the few "safe" places for LGBT patrons, but that should mean you make it worth frequenting. But like Bakersfield itself, it settles for being subpar.

I give this club a 3 star review in hopes things somehow improve. It has been a while since I have been but my experience with the bar was not ok. I ordered a vodka cranberry that looked like it would have been good but I have the habit of looking at my drink before drinking.. The glass apparently was dusty and I won't say what baby insects I saw floating in it. I showed the bartender and they were just as grossed out and made me another drink in a clean glass. I do wish the music and the club was more diverse. I love my Latin brothers and sisters but what options do other people of color have in Bakersfield? I'm glad that I don't live in Bakersfield because the LGBTQ+ community needs A LOT OF WORK!

I see a lot of negative reviews on this page but me and my friends had an absolute blast. We did pregame but honestly idk who doesn't. There were three bartenders that night and all of them were great. One even looked up a drink for us to they could make it since the bar didn't have the recipe. The drag queens were great we gave them tips. It was also my 21st birthday that night so the DJ gave me a shout out and played birthday bi*ch for me lol. We got there right at opening so we didn't get a cover charge. They just stamped our hands. It was an awesome night. Idk what's up with these reviews on here though, everyone was nice to us lol.
