I really owe it to this place for teaching me a lesson about judging a place by its location. The management family owned were so amazing after having a wedding venue cancel on a couple on there wedding day !! This place stepped it up and took direction from a stranger ,pulled the wedding together and had the wedding at the Hall it self it was amazing and fun. The owners Fernando and David were amazing. Place was clean and elegant needs a little bit of an update but just taking over the buisness they still have work to do. They made everything special and professional while making it fun! I plan to brag about this place for years to come even plan to rent from this place ,security officers were so nice and did a wonderful job. Parking was a little tight but we made it work. Bathrooms were very clean stocked and nicely decorated. The decor for the wedding was amazing. I wish this new business the very best and look forward to new business with them!

We attended a quinceñera here a few weeks ago. Place is small, but functional. It was decorated well and clean. They had a small bar, think counter) in a corner. Downside is parking is next to a restaurant so it was packed. Also, men's and ladies' restrooms were large, they were for only one person. Constantly having to wait in line.

We had my moms 50th bday celebration here and everyone was great and very helpful. They took care of all the decorations for us and the setup was perfect. I highly recommend this venue for any events!

I still have not received my daughter's quencinera pictures or video from 2021. Every time I contact them they say they are to busy.

Very proffessional and easy to work with! Casa royal planned out my brothers wedding and everything came out so beautiful. They met all of my sister in laws requests, they supplied ideas and recomendations and were incredibly helpful throughout the process. The food was excellent and decorations were amazing! I would definitely recomend the casa royal team to anybody. I plan on using their services for my wedding

I set up an appointment to have my wedding at this venue. I was glad when I recieved a call confirming my 11am appointment and asked to come 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I was iffy when I was called Alyssa instead of Allison and told that there was no notes on my appointment which should have been a red flag but I went anyways. When I showed up I arrived to an empty building. I was asked to come to my appointment early only to have the salesman show up late to the 11am appointment. When we walked inside there was a half torn down quinceanera party displayed with Corona boxes everywhere. This is where they expected us to have a conversation about venues. Very unprofessional and would not recommend their business.

Beautiful! Thewas very helpful and had many decoration options to choose from. Everything was set perfectly for the reception. The evening was flawless, I highly recommend casa royal !

Don't use this caterer! The food was sub par at best. The mashed potatoes were like soup and the rest of the food was not quality. It was as though they had thinned out the chicken dish as well to make it go further. Very disappointing. The final rub was that I was owed a refund for overpaying on the headcount. David text me immediately after the event saying the refund would be "sent right away". It has been 2 months now and I can't get him to answer an email or a text/phone. No refund as been sent. Very unprofessional.
