Best homade flour tortillas in Kern county, I usually buy 6-10 dozen and freeze them, they thaw quick and warm up like fresh tortillas on the comal. Also, the carnitas are FIRE!!!!!! You win either way coming down here as their sweet bread is also amazing.

The carnitas are best in kern county. They can add buche, skin, and other cuts of meat with the carnitas.Service is great.

The chicharrones carnudos were disappointing I'd rate them 2.5 stars they were tough and had a lot of fat I I had to take a bite wisely to avoid my teeth from breaking.While I was there I seen a lot of families buying a ton of pan dulce and tortillas.I decided to grab a pack of flour tortillas to eat with my chicharrones to make tacos/burritos and tell you what the tortillas taste and feel home made.With that being said my next visit I will try the carnitas they did not look dry from behind the glass make sure you try the flour tortillas tho they are 5 stars

Carnitas has a great variety of foods. The meat counter has lots of good items. The chicken I bought was especially good. There are many other options I haven't tried yet. In the bakery section, there were many pastries to choose from. I bought several different different items. Each was very fresh and tasty. You can't go wrong shopping here.

We got salsa verde today that was molded super disgusting this place is usually good.

The sweet bread was soft and delicious! The caritas were juicy and one of my top 2 favorites! Don't forget to pick up some homemade tortillas.

Carnitas Uruapan has the best Mexican Bread. I love their freshly made tortillas and carnitas. When my family comes from out of town they love to stop by and take some of their items to go. Definitely recommended.
