We love this place! We stop by every time we drive to L.A. The tacos, quesadillas birria, chorizo burrito and anything else we've tried are delicious!

The price of the food does not measure up to the quality of the food. I got a torta that was bland and tasteless.

I work all over the state of California and when I do I search for excellent carnitas and I can tell you these are on my top 4 list of excellent carnitas they have a unique seasoning on them that you won't find anywhere else that I'm aware of

I'm probably going to regret sharing this secret with you. This will be short & sweet: if you like Carnitas (slow cooked, braised pulled pork), I challenge you to find a place who makes them better than Janitzio. We have been coming here for many years because there is no other place, business nor restaurant, who can match the unique taste. I double dare you!

I don't live in McFarland, I have no business or reason to ever go to McFarland. But from here on out, I'm prepared to drive up to two hours to stop here for food in McFarland. A friend brought me here with the promise that the food is amazing. He didn't lie. It's amazing, it's way more affordable than it should be, and it will now be my lunch stop everytime I have to go North or South through California. If you're driving and hungry, or in the area or a town close to this place. It's wonderful. Don't expect to be dazzled with fancy table clothes or anything like that, it's a tiny place that's also a store... And deli. And it has great good.

This spot is fantastic. We drive between so-cal and NorCal a lot and we take the 99 freeway just so we can eat here. Rarely is everything good at one place but it is here. The tacos are killer and the breakfast burritos are amazing. It's all good here. Can't wait to go back. Love this place!
